The United States has supplied Ukraine with thousands of Javelins, the anti-tank missiles that have become the iconic weapon of the war, but the U.S. inventory is dwindling. The United States has probably given about one-third of its stock to Ukraine. Thus, the United States is approaching the point where it must reduce transfers to maintain sufficient stockpiles for its own war plans. Production of new missiles is slow, and it will take years to replenish stocks.
The Russians have numerous armored vehicles, but their supply of trained crews and level of morale are declining. Will Ukrainian anti-tank weapons inflict enough Russian combat losses to produce a battlefield stalemate before Ukraine runs out of its most effective anti-tank weapons?

“10,000 tanks and 8,500 armored vehicles in storage”
I would bet much of that crap in storage is crap. Russia’s best tanks are already in the fight.
Our Javelins aren’t the only anti-tank weapons being sent to Ukraine.
Javelins, NOT Javelinas!
Are they counting the cheetos-eating javelin we heard about the other day that got in somebody’s car?
The other weapons seem to require LOS, Line Of Sight. Javelins are FAF, ..Fire and Forget.
The west is fighting a proxy war and attempting to expand it into a world war.
I’d bet we are already training and advising ukraine troops
Shouldn’t we save a few Javelins? Taiwan might need them when president vegetable spews word salad that encourages the Chinese invasion.
Your daily dose of propaganda from the Speedster!
Kazan is the name of a city in Russia.
Is that where you live?
Russia probably still has some T-34s in reserve.
“Taiwan might need them”
Best reply of the day.
Invest in Raytheon-Lockheed Martin like all the other politician inside traders.
He mentions the missiles from Britain, Germany, and Sweden.
And really, we aren’t going to be engaging Chinese tanks anywhere. That’s going to be a naval fight. So, these were made to kill Russians.
“Our Javelins aren’t the only anti-tank weapons being sent to Ukraine.”
Javelins get the headlines, but if you watch combat footage most of the kills are coming from the Ukrainian made Stugna system.
Even a simple systems takes time to train and deploy, and the western ATGMs may have just begun entering the fight.
I'm sure a few glorious Generals at large storage sites have significant budgets and plenty of men to maintain their stored tanks in peak battle ready condition. Now, if Russia were a corrupt kleptocracy where politicians, organized crime and corrupt Generals embezzled the maintenance funds and let the tanks rot, then there might be a problem. But this is Vladimir Putin's Soviet Russia!

One would think so if they were logical and had America’s true interests at heart. Of course neither of those are attributes of Biden and his handlers.
Germany already declared that they cannot spare any more arms to Ukraine.
I’ve got loads of Javelinas around my house - they just need enough catapults to fling them at the enemy. :)
