I watched the entire video and I give the these two people all the credit in the world. Pretty sad how people will subjugate the meek for a few pieces of silver .

The most logical way to steal an election is by submitting real ballots in the names of people who usually don't vote.
Election commissions keep track of who votes in each election. With turnout typically about 60% in presidential years, that leaves a lot of room to submit votes from people who aren't going to go to the polls otherwise. Throw in the practice of mail-in ballots, drop boxes, along with the weak verification process, it would be very easy to create a lot of extra votes.
An extensive examination of the ballots would determine if they were submitted by the same person, but as far as I know, that has not been done anywhere. And if the verification process is as loose this election as last time, we can expect the same result.
