Is it 40 or 49? I have seen both numbers in reports.
I’m sure it’s 49. They always like to pick these weird odd numbers to bamboozle the useful idiots into thinking that it was arrived at through a meticulous scientific calculation.
Its Joe Biden so he probably said both numbers in the same sentence.
