Earlier today Joe Biden landed in Rzeszow, Poland, to get a firsthand look at international efforts to help some of the millions of Ukrainian refugees fleeing war in their country. While there he delivered remarks to the 82nd Airborne who are bolstering NATO’s eastern flank.
During his remarks, Joe Biden stated the troops are going to see heroic acts by the ordinary men and women of Ukraine. He directly implied the 82nd airborne unit was going into Ukraine, and stated “you are going to see when you are there.”

My brother, who is not particularly conservative, believes there is a fatal flaw in the human species that will inevitably lead to its suicide. Something about the aggressive part of the brain outpacing the rational part. We are doomed to destroy ourselves, in other words.
I believe only a miracle can save us now, or maybe these are the last days and the Lord will return soon to bring it all to a end.
By the way, what happened to that “deal” that was being widely discussed just a couple weeks ago? Putin saves face and most of Ukraine is preserved as a free country. Where are the adults?! Why the frenzied push for total war?? Is there no one in our government to tell the neocons, just stop it?!
The media is extremely complicit in this too. I feel like we’re living in an Orwellian nightmare that would make Orwell blush.

When the heck did the 82nd mobilize and deploy to theater? I missed that completely! That’s not a cultural exchange program with Poland. I saw a three mile long exclusively military train rolling east through Kentucky today. Over the last twenty years I’ve seen lots of military assets with other freight on trains, nothing like this. I live between both Ft. Campbell and Ft. Knox and the east coast. Like I said, going south fast.
Perhaps jet lag pills do not interact well with his dry rot.

This could be a very interesting spring and summer, and I don’t mean that in an entertaining or happy way.

It was a few weeks ago. It was secret. We only knew that my nephew had been deployed, not where. Then a week after he was deployed, Resident Dickhead leaked that they were in Poland.
If I were the Russians, if possible, I’d absolutely plaster (short of the NBC threshold) the first unit that was in country.
There is NO way they’d want foreign units in the battle.
How would this keep Trump from office?
I’d think that it would solidify a win. Few US citizens want another war.

They just shuffled Donahue out of command and moved this guy laNeve into the command position over the 82nd airborne on March 10th. Machinations going on. I’ll be curious to see what happens if LaNeve gives the order to move into Ukraine and the officers say uh uh! Now that would be interesting. 🤔
I don’t believe it, but there was a poll a few weeks ago that said 77% of Americans backed a no-fly zone.
Actually I think some units were actually in Ukraine. This was before Russia invaded. When they started building up on the border, he pulled them out to Poland. You know Russia must have known this and took it as a green light to invade.

China has two major strategic foes at each others throat over a corrupt cesspool of a country. They stand back and watch us go at it. Eliminate two nuclear powers in one felled swoop and then deal with India when ready.
