Still think you’re free? Who will be held accountable? Which of the attorneys will be disbarred, charged, jailed and held liable in Civil Court with major punative ramifications. Welcome to the banana Republic.

Crossfire Hurricane has turned into the daily weather since not one person responsible is in prison. When the FISA Courts knowingly participated and accepted fraudulent documentary evidence before the court and never prosecuted the parties committing that fraud, it then becomes accepted conduct. Heck, the fedzilla is still giving out awards and bonuses to the very people who conspired to defraud the courts.

The documents uncover a sixteen-month clandestine campaign against journalists in which the DOJ obtained 7 secret orders, warrants and subpoenas from six magistrates within the Southern District of New York.

I would be VERY interested in the NAMES of the “six magistrates within the Southern District of New York” since that is crucial knowledge if, or when, the DOJ comes after me or others who share my views.

I wish I were surprised.

(I will be surprised if the government is held to account and not just reprimanded but punished.)

I doubt very much that it was the first time the court gave a wink and a nod to the FBI when present with obviously flimsy or manufactured justification for a warrant. That court serves no purpose as far as I can see. But I know one thing, for congress creeps the FISA law seems to be more untouchable than Social Security. They will ALL shrink back like vampires seeing a cross if anyone mentions ending it. Almost as if they like having a blank check to spy on whoever they want for no reason.

“Memo: You can’t trust Microsoft.”

Did you read the article ?

the Govt Ordered Microsoft to comply, and Ordered them to keep their compliance secret.

As soon as Microsoft had any legal way to challenge these orders they successfully did, and they disclosed immediately to Veritas what had happened.

Memo: You can’t trust Microsoft.

This was revealed because Microsoft told Project Veritas what it was ordered to to.

You have no privacy.

You have no free speech.

The digital age ended that.

Government, instead of being the steward of free speech and privacy, protecting constitutional rights, is the biggest culprit.

You have to wonder if the ‘magistrates’ were actually a court of competent authority, legally able to actually issue the ‘secret orders, warrants and subpoenas’. I notice they don’t bother to name them. So how would we know?

Another non-thinking FReeper who does not read the article and then reacts emotionally because “Microsoft=bad”

No different than a liberal.

And just like that, with the press of a button, someone decides that you should not read, watch or hear 144,000,000 people.

Google anything, doesn't matter, and put .ru behind it and tell me what you find?

Freedom? Hardly.

And it won't get any better. Because no one cares!

We live in an era where kids grow up without any expectation of privacy nor see the need for it. We live in an era where mass censorship, mass data collection on people is common place and people just do not care!

Think about it. When the order came to close all the doors of the churches because of “covid,” what happened, how much outrage was there really, how many refused?

Americans are compliant, they wear their masks and think themselves better for it, just like their bothers and sisters in Europe.
