..."the entire shelter care hearing that was held yesterday was completely private and in secret. Now there is a violation of the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which states that trials must be speedy and public.
The reason for this is obvious. If you can be prosecuted, tried and sentenced in 100 percent in secret and nobody knows what is going on then any and all manner of corruption, abuse and tyranny can take place..."

A news conference held by the family of Baby Cyrus Anderson today in Boise, Idaho following a day-long protest outside the State Health and Welfare Office.
The ten-month old taken from its nursing mother last Friday night in Garden City, Idaho over a missing weigh-in appointment earlier in the day.
At a secret hearing in Boise yesterday the child was placed into state custody (foster care) with the next hearing in the process set for April 8th.
This is a process that could lead to Baby Cyrus being placed up for adoption by new parents.
At the news conference after today's protest Grandfather Diego Rodrigeuz noted that one of two lawyers for the parents was excluded from yesterday's hearing with the parents placed under a gag order where they cannot discuss what was said in the hearing before Judge Laurie Fortier.
Grandfather Diego Rodriguez describing the whole process as:
"wrong and illegal"
Rodrigeuz asking among other things regarding the Idaho authorities:
"what are they hiding...what are they so desperate to keep secret"...

Next step for tyranny and control.
a baby taken because of missing 1 weigh in appointment? Seriously?
I’m wondering of the citizenship/immigration status of the birth mother in this situation?
No, the baby wasn’t taken because of one missed weigh in.
The baby was found to be severly malnourished and the mother was arrested when she refused to had over the baby to medical personnel. The baby was placed in the hospital and gained weight. After being returned to the parents, the baby had a weigh in and had lost significant weight. The parents missed the next required weigh in. The baby was taken because of the history of being malnourished and the parents not cooperating.
There are some lousy parents, or mentally ill parents out there and there are stories all the time of kids starving to death.
No indication of that this child was hospitalized and a weight issue was identified by a doctor and that is the contention in this case.
The notion that a breast-fed baby is somehow malnourished.
Ok thanks, the blurb didn’t mention. Any of that of course.
