We already know that they exist. WHAT ARR THEY THEIR FOR? WHAT IS BEING DEVELOPED? HAS IT BEEN *CONFIRMED* THAT THEY WERE DESIGNED FOR BIOWEAPONS, OR OTHER PURPOSES ( e.g. vaccines or antidotes )?
