A deleted web article recovered by The National Pulse reveals that former President Barack Obama spearheaded an agreement leading to the construction of biolabs handling “especially dangerous pathogens” in Ukraine.
The news comes on the same day that Biden regime apparatchik Victoria Nuland told the U.S. Senate that the American government is concerned about biological research facilities falling into Russian hands as a result of the ongoing conflict in Eastern Europe.

I watched Nuland’s testimony. She didn’t say Ukraine had biological weapons. She said they had biological research labs, which is consistent with the Newsweek article. Those labs do have samples of dangerous pathogens.
And when Rubio asked about who would be to blame if there were a chemical or biological weapon released, Nuland not only said it would be Russia. But went on to say it’s a common technique of Russia to blame their opponents for what they are about to do.
Sort of like when Hillary yells Russia, Russia, Russia. You know she conspired with Russia, it just takes a long time to come out.
Ukraine is famous for their biological research labs.
That or cabbage.
I get those mixed up.

Tell me what in the articles you copied is improper.
