Indeed useless. I’ve been reminded to wear my absolutely useless mask to the doctor’s office today even though I’ve had covid....and now have the best antibodies ever...and had my 2 vaxxes a year ago. Boggles the mind.
But I will comply because, after all, there ARE sick people there. I sure don’t need to catch something. Like flu. Or a cold. Yeah, that’s the ticket.
I watched the video of kids in nevada being told they no longer have to wear masks and the screams of joy from them was pretty cool. I have to think that there are a lot of psychologically damaged kids who will insist on keeping their masks. No-oooo my mommy said I’ll die if I take off my mask, the air is poison!!!
Yet she sure looks like she’s sucking air HARD.

If someone wants to wear a mask, encourage them to do so.
The less, we see of their faces, the better off we are!

Seriously...I could care less if someone wants to wear a mask, get a vaccination, limit their travel, and social distance.
Power to them.
It infuriates me that they want to impress all that on people against their will.

Correct. Although, as far as protecting the wearer from a respiratory virus goes, the cloth mask is only slighty more "completely USELESS" than every other type of face mask is "completely USELESS" (including the ever-popular N95 and surgical types) ... but for irrational people, even dirty, nasty, unhealthy bad habits like masking are hard to break.
Virtue Grandstanding is hard.

Hey! I wore the same cloth mask for 2 years or more. Didn't get Covid … didn't infect anyone in my family evidently because none of them did either.
In her case she needs an entire bag.
Mar 1, my job finally allowed us to wear masks voluntarily. Free at last. 90% of the people here still wear them. LOL!
Well, I took it off in the cubical and neither the doctor nor his nurse mentioned it. I did ask if it was all right, just to be polite. They said fine, “they don’t work anyway”
I thought the whole point of them was “to protect yourself”. Right…..
She can wear her mask all she wants. She just cannot force kids to.
