Probably a good idea to establish a behavioral baseline to draw such a conclusion.
In this case, this blog always uses all caps in its titles to distinguish them from the body of an article. Therefore, probably not accurate to infer a lack of confidence from only this behavior.

They’ll need to get the Russian Army to turn on Putin, little evidence of that happening. That scenario happened in WWI but things are not bad enough for it too happen here yet. The economy is stagnating and their despot had manipulated their population into fighting a war against a neighbor but people are not desperate yet.

Something to wonder about relative to their equipment. Did the pilot have his missile detection systems turned on, or is the plane even equipped with one. I thought the idea was to fire the flares BEFORE the missile arrives. He is also slow in firing the flares after the missile explodes.

I have a hard time believing anything I’m hearing from either side. I think I’ve seen maybe one analysis that seemed to ring true; everything else sounds like propaganda.

Supposedly 500 tanks are converging in KievMore portable anti-tank weapons are coming into the theatre on the Ukrainian side.
Even the Swedes chipped in a couple thousand.
