Reporter from Rebel News was shot point blank by Ottawa Police while during a peaceful demonstration at parliament against mandates. This is a breakdown of the incident.

They couldn’t keep the whole thing from being filmed by no less than two hundred people including some of the MSM.
I have personally watched at least five different live streams on YouTube the last few days.
I watched one this morning that was filmed by some Russian guy.
At least I think he was Russian.
He was speaking some eastern European language.
He also spoke English at times.
He was right up front yesterday morning.
He was within 10’ when the horses came through.
He was 5’ from men whose uniforms said Toronto Police.
They were in dark blue uniforms without helmets.
Many of them didn’t look too happy to be there.
The people in the olive clothing with helmets were typically on the front line pushing forward.

I’m disgusted with the police in ontario, with trudeau, and with the American media which is not going to report on this. The same media that called the violent riots “mostly peaceful.”

To sum up, the police have claimed the firing two rubber bullets as shown in the video was justified because the protesters had allegedly escalated from passively resisting the officers by standing there, to actively resisting them.

There is nothing in the video showing that the protesters had started actively resisting or had started assaulting the officers.

What the video does show is that a member of a police assault team reached from behind the police front line in an effort to grab a protester, and haul him back behind the police front line so they could deal with him individually, away from the rest of the protesters. The attempt was unsuccessful. But the police appear to be claiming that the crowd’s natural reaction to the police grab is what justified the use of the rubber bullet.

Also, the bullet was used by police on someone known to be a journalist, who was recording. Because the police fired two separate times specifically at this known journalist, one might infer that the police were specifically setting up this incident for that purpose.

“Alexa says she was specifically targeted by a cop who saw her camera,” Levant added. “She says he came up to her and beat her and pushed her down. She says he tried to knock the phone out of her hands, to stop her from filming,” Levant added, noting that police were captured on film beating a woman with a stick, and shooting her at point-blank range with a tear gas round.”

Their allowed force guidance only allows use of that weapon if resistance is “active”. That is the dispute and besides that obviously the reporters wasn’t actively resisting anything or anyone. “Active” refers to physical resistance, contact with officers, striking them, throwing things, etc.

I saw this earlier and if you look closely at the shoulder flash of the Stasi who 'cross checks' her three times with the billy club, you'll see 'it' is a Mountie (RCMP). (NOTE: I won't dignify 'it' by calling 'it' a 'him'! A male? Yes. A MAN? MOST CERTAINLY NOT!)

At 1:43 of this video, you get a clear view of a shoulder flash on a Stasi's left arm. 'It' is a Mountie, not an Ottawa cop. At 1:58 of the video, the Stasi that struck her three times, has just completed 'cross check' number 1. 'Its' shoulder flash shows that 'it' is also a Mountie. At 8:14 of the video, the Stasi from the 'arrest team's reaching through the front line reveals another Mountie patch on 'its' right shoulder.

In the screen shot at 10:41, only part of the right shoulder flash of the one firing the Arwen is visible, and the flash looks like a Mountie shoulder flash. Below, please find a Mountie flash, an Ottawa Police flash, and an Ontario ProvincialPolice flash.

Not a surprise that the NATIONAL police wound attack a Rebel News reporter. They also pepper sprayed a reporter, Andrew Lawton, from True North, another independent, CONSERVATIVE Canadian internet News source several days ago.

Just a refresher on the possible 'why' of the attack. During the last election campaign, there was a leader's debate held in Gatineau, across the river from d'Ottawa, open to ALL media. Both True North and Rebel News were denied access on the Monday before the Wednesday, September 8, 2021 debate. They got an emergency court hearing on Tuesday, where they were granted access.

Both news agencies asked questions of 'Little Potato' that embarrassed him. At one point, he lost it and verbally harangued one of the reporters, in fact, Alexa Lavoie, I believe.

I would not be at all surprised if word came from high up the Mountie chain of command, to intimidate these reporters who embarrassed, and are revealing the TRUTH, rather than the lies of the MSM.

It is the 98% of bad cops that ruin the reputation of the other 2%! Hello, CSIS!

There was a large presence of cameras, many live streaming. Please have the Police or anyone provide the video of the protestors' weapon(s) (if there were any). I'm also sure that the police were taking video of the event for their own purposes, so please provide the police video of the event showing the protestors' weapon(s).

If none is forth coming then the accuracy of the police version is seriously in question.
