Or course. There certainly needs to be an emergency in place in October when Biden orders that everyone in the US be mailed a ballot so they don’t have to risk voting in person in November.

His extension won’t fly. It will be immediately challenged as unconstitutional, since there no longer exists a national pandemic emergency threat that can justify the extension.
His overreach of power is purely political.
