The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is concerned that Republican attacks on the Democrats' handling of the COVID-19 pandemic have "alarming credibility," according to a slide deck obtained by SFGATE.
The DCCC, which is the main campaign arm for House Democrats and is currently chaired by New York Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney, worked with outside consulting groups to conduct an online poll of voters in the 60 most competitive House districts for the upcoming 2022 midterms. The poll was conducted from mid-January to early February, had approximately 1,000 respondents and a 3.1% margin of error.
Findings from the poll were presented to DCCC officials Thursday morning. One slide in the presentation, which was shared with SFGATE by someone who attended the presentation and was granted anonymity in accordance with Hearst's ethics policy, states, "Many of the Republican attacks tested have alarming credibility," including Republican attacks on COVID-19 policy. (The presentation does not clarify what it means by "credibility.")

“...swing voters believe party went ‘too far’ on COVID”
May be the understatement of the 21st century
Truth is always alarming to the left.
Duh and Doi
I can’t stand the “too far” narrative. It implies that there are fascist actions that are acceptably far enough.
Something tells me they ain’t seen nothin’, yet.
I don’t believe anything said by the Democrats, especially when they release “internal“ polling results.
Proof positive that the "event" was, at its root, political.
USA ( 955,497 US deaths / 331,002,651 US population ) x 100 = 0.289 % mortality rate, or death rate.
Therefore, the Davos-China-Democrats-2019 virus has been enormously survivable.
99.711% survivable in the US.
That's what the "official" Left-supported data says.
That's not what the Left has said throughout. Two years to flatten whole economies, batter the middle class and gaslight for human experimentation under the guise of "emergency."
Pretty much.
The only thing that can be said is, being unknown, if it WAS really dangerous, it would likely be good to set up some tight rules.
Problem is, within months they never proved this was really so dangerous it warranted any such action. It’s not SARS or MERS, and certainly not the Bubonic Plague.
Nonetheless, everyone keeps acting like it’s the WORST THING IN THE WORLD!!!!
Look for mandates to be lifted before election and then reinstated after the election.
I would think the Omicron rapid spread finally woke some people up. There have to be plenty of people that are triple vaxed and wear masks and still got the grunge. In my county, the total number of covid cases doubled in just a couple of months.
Particularly obvious truth that they cannot cover up with lies.
Yeah, child abuse resulting in death seems a little extreme in a shrinking population.
In other words, Democrats are a**holes and they f**k everything up.
Wait, what? I thought the “science” had changed? (sarcasm)
Wrong spelling it’s Marxists
It changed?
I thought it was settled.
Wow, what geniuses they are to recognize that... /sarc
