If they are using 490 it looks like by reading it they need an indictable offense in order to confiscate the property. So do they have and indictment. OF course not it is bs.

Today, the Attorney General brought an application in the Superior Court of Justice for an order pursuant to section 490.8 >>> and it appears that they so far made an application and announced that so they can say “looky we made and application to seize your money so don’t give any money to the truckers.” thinking to get the funding people to run scared but the judge would need to actually create the order. I think this is bs start to finish.

This weekend is going to be hugh and series in Ottawa. People from all over are going to protest with the truckers and I suspect give direct donations. I saw a live stream of guy the other day who was just going around and handing money out to truckers. If there is a way to go around government people will find it.
