Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem has introduced HCR 2033, which calls for the elections of Maricopa, Pima and Yuma Counties to be set aside and ultimately decertified based on “clear and convincing evidence that the elections in those counties were irredeemably compromised.”
“The circumstances surrounding these elections undermine voter confidence in the election system, moreover, they ultimately translate into doubts about election integrity,” Finchem said in a statement. Finchem — who is a candidate for Arizona Secretary of State — has been a staunch supporter of election integrity, namely the Maricopa County audit.
The Marciopa audit previously unearthed numerous election irregularities, including the counting of 9,589 excess mail-in ballot envelopes and 5,047 individuals who voted in more than one county. In a database examined by auditors, the number of voters whose existence could not be verified in a far outnumbered Joe Biden’s reported lead of 10,457 votes in the state.

“The questions first raised over a year ago about the legitimacy of the 2020 General Election persist. Evidence and testimony collected since November 3, 2020, has reached the point of clear and convincing and is now in the hands of the Arizona Attorney General for action,” Finchem continued in a press release. “We have debunked the ‘baseless claims’ narrative promoted by the propaganda pushing media and are now on to the business of providing specific relief to the people.”

Wishful thinking. This is the same as multiple votes in the House to repeal Obamacare, knowing it would never happen. Then when the GOP had the House, Senate, and White House, suddenly the votes weren’t there.
Keep watching, by 2026, no Republican will admit to ever having supported Trump.

No, its not! We need this done and to show that we were right to protest. The laws we need are already in effect. The laws were bypassed by Covid fear. That CANNOT happen again! If we patiently wait for Trump to come to power again, we will have 4 more years of a possible run of 12 years of right thinking people. We need to show how crooked Dems are and what liars they have been. Trump is not going to be declared winner before 2024, but we need something to go our way. If we can show that Trump won, it will be easier to undo what the idiots are doing. Otherwise we will always be the racist conspiracy idiots they paint us. Most of the people that complain they don't want it to happen again won't volunteer to poll watch. Most places have good laws, but they just put cardboard up and won't let people watch from over 20 feet away. We need people there to raise hell to keep that from happening.

Cheating their way to a win did not for work for the Democrats. They’ve been exposed and they didn’t get a single meaningful legislation as a result. A waste of time and money on their part.
IMO, the best thing to do is fix the system, one state at a time and as quickly as possible for 2024. I am more concerned about 2024 than I am about the losses in 2020, in retrospect.

What’s really going on is the same Dog & Pony show That’s been going on for years. The GOP publicly takes a stand on an issue that has no chance of passing. When they can make a real difference, they quietly slink away.

I doubt it’ll end up that nobody goes to prison.
There were several miscreants positively identified, ALL of whom “knew, or should have known,” which makes them criminally culpable, and fit subjects of commensurate prosecution and incarceration.
You get some of this low-hanging fruit, and perps across the country will wake up to how exposed they are doing the crap they do, and a lotta willpower is gonna just wilt in that heat.
Couple that with the elevated vigilance that’s been stirred up coming out of 2020 — man, ain’t nobody better even FART sideways in 2022 — plus the legislative moves in various States to tighten up elections.
I think 2024 is gonna be a different beast.
