It is no conspiracy theory to label Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin as "Deep State." Why? Because as you can see she readily admits to having worked in the CIA. And along with her Deep State colleagues she wants those with "unacceptable views," as Justin Trudeau put it, to be either deprogrammed or censored.

Oh, and notice how Slotkin easily switched from talking about being a former CIA to talking about being IN the CIA in the present tense.

Representative Slotkin represents a district that Trump carried in 2020. She won her two elections by margins of under 5 percent. Looking at the 2022 map for Michigan, it looks that most of her district is now in the Seventh and Eleventh Districts, with the actual Eighth District moved north to the Midland-Bay City-Saginaw area. Since the governorship held by a Democrat, but the GOP holds both houses of the legislature, and Michigan lost one seat in the 2020 apportionment, Slotkin might have been sacrificed in order to preserve Representatives of both parties with more seniority.
