"As state school officials and parents see a number of Ohio schools contracting with more diversity-related organizations that provide critical race theory and transgender courses for teachers—and pay for them with taxpayer funds—those who disagree with it want others to know they are fighting back.
Some see it as so bad that they have pulled their kids out of the public school system. They prefer to home school them away from what they see as “unfathomable” and “terrifying” content being presented to their children.
Among the groups in Ohio that have organized to monitor and protest what is being taught in the schools are the Ohio Freedom Action Network, Ohio Protect Our Children, the Ohio School Board Constitution Coalition, EmpowerU, and on a more local level, Rocky River Parents for Transparency in an affluent west Cleveland suburb along Lake Erie.
In many cases, the fight has just begun. The battle over how these taxpayer funds are being spent following the approval of school boards is ongoing. ..."

For too long the alt-far-left-democRATs have had unlimited access to our wallets as we worked hard to fund their communism. We won’t be silent any longer.
Parents got to see what the schools are really doing when their kids were Zooming classes, they didn’t like what they saw, and are pushing back.
True education is teaching kids important life skills as well as how to read, write and do math. If you feel oppressed or identify as the opposite sex, that’s your problem, not mine.
Who would have thought that teaching that one race is bad would be acceptable.

The idea in this linked thread could work against CRT. It talks about suing school board members through their insurance bonds. All elected and appointed officials must have a bond. If they are found to have acted illegally through malfeasance or misfeance, the insurance will pay, then drop the bad politician. No other company will insure them leaving them unemployable in that position.

This link is the man who used bond laws against his school board in Ohio. There is a link to his speech below. That school board dropped the mandate at that meeting. Below the videos are links to the speech he gave and to the steps he took in finding the information needed.

Fight back parents!
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
