Life insurer refuses to cover vaccine death

An explosive case is currently being hotly debated on social media: In France, a rich, older entrepreneur from Paris is said to have died as a result of a Corona injection. Previously, he had taken out multi-million dollar life insurance policies for the benefit of his children and grandchildren, according to a media report.

Although vaccination is recognized as the cause of death by doctors and the insurance company, it has refused to pay out. The reason is because the side effects of the Corona jabs are known and published. They argue that the deceased took part in an experiment at his own risk. Covid-19 in itself is not classed as a “critical illness”.

The insurance company justified the refusal of payment to the family by stating that the use of experimental medication or treatments, including Corona injections, is expressly excluded from the insurance contract. The family’s subsequent lawsuit against the insurance company has been unsuccessful.

The court allegedly justified its ruling as follows: “The side effects of the experimental vaccine are published and the deceased could not claim to have known nothing about it when he voluntarily took the vaccine. There is no law or mandate in France that compelled him to be vaccinated. Hence his death is essentially suicide.”

Since suicide is not covered by the policy from the outset, the insurance refuses to budge.

The American Life Insurance Council is very clear that American insurance companies will pay on a covid vaccine related death.

fact check life insurance vaccine

HOWEVER, the reverse is true. At least one insurer has given notice that it will not pay a death benefit if you are in certain high risk jobs and are not vaccinated.

CNN Families could be denied death benefits if their unvaccinated loved one dies

“I wonder what the libs are going to say about it. Libs want the US to adhere to “international law.”

Very few will even hear about it because the media won’t mention it.

The libs who do hear about it will ignore it and never mention it.

Insurance companies typically go to great lengths to avoid paying out claims. That's how they stay in business.

A rare exception to this practice is a life insurance policy -- for two reasons:

1. It's terrible P.R. to deny a life insurance claim. Widows and orphans make for highly sympathetic victims in these cases.

2. An insurance company that denies a life insurance claim would probably never be able to sell another insurance policy again. If you can't trust an insurer to pay out on THAT kind of claim, then you can't trust the insurer under any circumstances.

I don't think that case involves an actual insurance company, but a government agency that is basically self-insuring its workers.

Has anything like this happened here?

Last year, they were putting COVID down as the cause of death for everyone. Didn’t matter how a person died. If they died and they tested for COVID, they popped positive, it was recorded as such. A guy in Florida died in a motorcycle accident, popped positive for COVID, reported as a COVID death.

The lady in charge of the Illinois Dept of Public Health actually stated that regardless of how a person dies, if they have COVID, the death is recorded as a COVID death.

Now that Donald Trump is gone they changed course and said that COVID can or should be listed as a contributing factor. But, if you got your head blown off you dies from a gunshot not The ‘Rona.

But now, someone is going to need a death certificate stating that the cause of death is from side effects from one of the jabs. After that, who knows. Good luck finding one that is willing to go out on that limb. I wish they would, but I can’t see it happening.

Will the damn break? Time will tell, I’m guessing.

You’re right. It’s a self insured NY government agency not a life insurance company.

“New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority no longer pays a $500,000 death benefit to the families of subway, bus and commuter rail workers who die of covid if the workers were unvaccinated at the time of death.”

No one can prove they died of a Corona jab.

Just like no one can prove they caught Corona from this person or at this place.

I’d like to hold the bastards accountable. But for now, getting jabbed is still a personal choice.

Isn’t France FORCING the vaccine?? If France is FORCING the vaccine then it certainly can’t be considered a suicide!! This will undoubtedly happen in Australia also can insurers say the same there??

Apparently not. Family sued. They lost. Insurance company not paying.

“”According to the company, an experimental vaccination resulting in death is like suicide””

I have been screaming from the rooftops...okay, posting on FR, that companies demanding vaccinations of their employees are taking on unlimited liability for deaths and injuries.

*mumbling* But does anybody listen to me? No-oooo.

"However, the insurer’s defense is recognized as well-founded and contractually justified, as this publicly known fatal risk is legally considered suicide, since the customer has been notified and has agreed to voluntarily take the risk of death without being obliged or compelled to do so.”

That does indeed sound bogus as a legal doctrine, particularly regarding the vaccines. How could they call it "suicide" to take a drug that health officials repeatedly say is "safe"? By this reasoning, all automobile deaths are suicide, as are any deaths occurring during surgery because the small risk of these things are well known.

"But for now, getting jabbed is still a personal choice."

But it is ludicrous to call it "suicide." If that were the case, immediate death would occur in 99% of vaccinated people.

I am not a lawyer, but it seems to me that they would have had a better case against his employer, if he is still working, or against his doctor.

My thinking is that any per son employed by the medical profession or any other person who pressured him, would be guilty of knowingly pushed him into danger.

A doctor or a company CEO can not defend themselves by claiming they only followed instructions.
