Jake Tapper castigated President Trump over "Who Counts the Votes" during his January 16 "State Of The Union" show. Guess what? Joe Biden also angrily declared that what matters isn't so much who gets to vote as "WHO COUNTS THE VOTES." Thus far no comment from Tapper on Biden's declaration.

Why have there been no headlines about Joe Biden saying yesterday: "It only matters who counts the votes!"??
Somebody should have noted that it was Uncle Joe Stalin who first said:

Then perhaps there needs to be laws set in place that require the people who are counting the votes be diverse. For example, the ratio of white v black v Asian v other races should match the voting pools. Also, the registered political party counts should mirror the party registrations in each voting region.
