Why have there been no headlines about Joe Biden saying yesterday: "It only matters who counts the votes!"??

Then perhaps there needs to be laws set in place that require the people who are counting the votes be diverse. For example, the ratio of white v black v Asian v other races should match the voting pools. Also, the registered political party counts should mirror the party registrations in each voting region.
