HUGE BREAKING NEWS: Court Rules Pennsylvania Senate’s Investigation of the 2020 Election Results in the State Will Move Forward

A Pennsylvania Court has ruled in the case regarding the state Senate’s investigation into the 2020 Election results in Pennsylvania. The investigation will move forward despite RINOs, Democrats, and Dominion Voting machines protesting the effort.

Per a local far-left publication – Pittsburgh’s Action News 4:

A Pennsylvania court declined Monday to block an entire subpoena to state election officials in what Republican state lawmakers call a “forensic investigation” of 2020’s presidential election, fueled by former President Donald Trump’s … claims that Democrats stole the election.

But the statewide Commonwealth Court that issued the seven-page order also did not immediately greenlight the release of some information that Democratic state Attorney General Josh Shapiro challenged as being protected by privacy laws.

In the unsigned order, the court said state officials did not persuade it that the subpoena issued in September by a Republican-controlled Senate committee had no legitimate legislative purpose. The state, led by its corrupt AG and SoS, are trying to stop this effort from moving forward. They attempted to ask what was the purpose of the investigation, but it is really none of their business because the Senate felt compelled to have the audit performed and have no legal obligation [that we know of] to provide the rationale for the investigation to the state’s corrupt executive groups.

The subpoena had requested a 17 categories of records, much of it public, but also information that the state attorney general’s office said is protected by privacy laws, namely the partial Social Security numbers and driver’s license numbers of roughly 9 million registered voters and details about election systems that is barred from public disclosure by federal law.

Now that all the evidence has been wiped clean with a cloth.

Let’s hope there is still some evidence left... last thing we need is for the left to,say “see? We told you it was a fair election” when it really wasn’t, and the evidence has been destroyed.

May the lord expose the corruption and and criminals involved to,the pointmthatnthry all start turning on each other and blowing the whistle in hopes of plea deals

Excuse me, but since when can a branch of government seek privacy protection from an investigation by the legislature....

There is nothing private about the acts of a government official carrying out state business.

Good, but WTAE Channel 4 is hardly “far-left”. It’s basically the only local news we watch. Hung out with their people covering a Pence visit to Greensburg, PA in the summer of ‘20.
They were pretty conservative.

HUGE BREAKING BOMBSHELL BOOMS!

Yep. And I'm adding my new favorite, "IT BEGINS!", which the Liberty Daily and others are using frequently now.

. . . the release of some information that Democratic state Attorney General Josh Shapiro challenged as being protected by privacy laws.

For those of you who don't live in the commonwealth, Shapiro is gunning to replace "Tommy the Commie" Wolf in the governor's chair.

Like Wolf, he wants to project a folksy middle-of-the-road profile to get elected and govern like Wolf. I subscribe to his e-mails just to see how far left that he is.

And he is showing it here. Just whose "privacy" is he protecting? The ballot harvesters and the Biden minion counters who excluded all but their own from the counting rooms after the 3 am ballot dumps.

I very often have a positive take on many issue discussed on fr. So I have to ask in return, do you always over exaggerate?

Did you not see where I said I hoped God would expose al, the corruption? Isn’t not positive thinking? Also, isn’t it pretty well, known that democrats destroy evidence? Sorry you didn’t like someone pointing out the obvious

HUGE BREAKING NEWS: Court Rules Pennsylvania Senate’s Investigation of the 2020 Election Results in the State Will Move Forward

The Republican political leadership in this country is awesome. The election steal was fully and comprehensively planned by the Democrat Party Cabal (DPC)/RINOs beginning in 2019 or even earlier. It's now 2022 and the Republican political leadership is now looking into it to see if maybe there might have been some irregularities.

Republican leadership ......... always a million light-years ahead of the dumb Democrat leadership.

To: Vigilanteman; All

Let’s see ..... the PA legislature is made up of state employees and elected officials. These people are bound to state privacy laws the same as those in the state’s executive branch.

Ok, so PA’s AG and SOS turns over the records with the condition that certain data cannot be made public and that third party auditors must sign NDAs. This is really simple and appropriate.

The fact that PA’s AG and SOS are asking “What For?” amid the “privacy” issues points to their duplicity and fear.
