Someone needs to tell the NYT that it is not a "conspiracy theory" to ask why Ray Epps (and several others) have not been arrested despite taking leadership roles in events for which several hundred people have been arrested for very marginal roles.
I think the only reason the Committee interviewed him was because conservative media had "outed" him and they had to make a show of questioning him. They probably knew he was under federal protection and could lie with impunity.
