Now we know why Baldwin killed her, she was a Republican or married to one or the child of one. And what is happening, Alec, is that communists like you have had their day.
And he still won’t turn over his cell phone to investigators. Maybe he knows that when you delete something, the data is still there if you know how to find it. If Baldwin was so “sure” that weapon wasn’t a threat, he should’ve put the barrel in his mouth before firing.

So, I’m just wondering. If any one of us killed someone and refused to turn in cell phones or other possible evidence to the police, would the police just say, “that’s fine, have a nice day” like they seem to be doing for Baldwin or would we get a SWAT team visit?

You wouldn’t get a pass, any more than the FBI would just say “Well, you didn’t mean to break the law” if you transferred classified information from a government server to your own and then deleted the evidence.

As a fine young actor, Alec was good in his roles. He can still be funny, but the political baggage that weights him down is too much to bare. He really needs to STFU publically and keep his head down to survive the knives out. He deserves to be put in prision for killing someone with a gun.
