Well, you could very well be right and often the simplest explanation for something is the true explanation.
However, this is how I think it might have been done:
1) The Democrats got the Registered Voter lists (legally).
2) They went through these lists and found the people who were not likely to vote at all because they hadn't voted in the last n Presidential elections.
3) They filled out and submitted mail-in ballots for many of these people, as many as they thought they needed with some margin to spare.
Election officials crosschecked the ballots with the registered voters and found that most lined up. The few where the real voter really did vote were set aside as Provisional Ballots, where they mostly just canceled each other out.
There were many Precinct's with just unheard of voter turnout numbers, waaaaaaaay more than usual. In fact, some had voter turnouts that exceeded 100% but this raised nary an eyebrow among the MSM (see Tagline).

BOOM! Except your missing the point here. They had to have a list of voters, which you listed. Then they had to have REAL TIME feedback of whom had ALREADY voted. There was always a chance that people would vote, so to prevent a mass of double ballots, they had to have real time feedback. Yes, they probably voted for conservatives!!! They just had to know they hadn’t voted in elections recently and that they hadn’t yet voted.
I find it MOST interesting, that somehow Democrats believe this is Democracy!!! ROFLOL. This is NOT democracy, and the Republic is dead when people think it is. What happened isn’t ballot harvesting. It’s just plain voter fraud, concealed by Ballot Harvesting. That is the danger of Ballot Harvesting in that it conceals massive illegal voting.
The experts said it wasn’t real, the risk of voter fraud with ballot harvesting. I am thinking that probably all of those experts were democrats....
Never mind lists. Did you not read anything the auditors said? Thousands of ballots, for instance, were printed on the wrong paper. The type of paper is a matter of very clear law in AZ. This means that a truck load of ballots were printed as cast BEFORE the election. The hoodlums couldn’t even get that right since they didn’t throw out enough legitimate ballots to avoid obvious over-counting.
Just the wrong paper problem alone should invalidate the county election results. And where is Wendy Rogers?
