LOL!!!!! Perfect description of a soulless party.

Critical election for the country just 10 short months away and the GOP has no agenda or plan of action to reverse the damage the Democrats have done. Truly pathetic.

The GOP will do what the lobbyists pay them to do.

*************

True that. The GOP works for THEM, not us.

Honestly, would anyone vote for the GOP if not for the Democrats being so horrible?

I think he’s talking about not running on the agenda to be implemented after the pubbies somehow avoid a ‘22 robbery. It really doesn’t matter, whatever the corporate DC GOP would be peddling to the conservative rubes would nothing but lies anyway.

“An agenda gets set when you control committees and set the floor calendar.”

_______________________________________________

Nothing is preventing the GOP house from stating a proposed legislative proposal agenda, that they plan on executing when they get the majority, ahead of the mid terms.

They don’t operate in a vacuum or at least they shouldn’t. The GOP house should be ready to hit the ground running with a policy agenda they hope to set and proposals they desire for floor consideration.

I’m not sure why McConnell is pissing this person off. McConnell wouldn’t be leader of the house, McCarthy would. McCarthy would have the power/final say to control which legislative actions and proposals would be floored and of course the senate would need to be involved but if McCarthy were to not allow something to be floored, that could be all there is to it and the senate would never see it.

By the way, you can blame Wood and people who listened to him all you want, but you’re kidding yourself and nobody with any real sense believes that, including you I believe. The GOP/RNC RINOs underfunded Perdue and Loeffler (because of their Trump support, and they’ll do it again with Perdue) and Georgia had massive election fraud.

Raphael Warnock D $57,117,111
Jon Ossoff D 54,886,783
David Perdue R 28,589,916
Kelly Loeffler R 26,995,653

This is why “Team Mitch” and Kevin both need to be sent to the showers. They are both inept, uniparty cronies and assistant Demoncrats.

Paul RINO needs a good talking to after refusing to send the same Obamacare repeal bill to Trump, after sending it 50 times to Obama.

Final and absolute proof it was all for show.

This is why Trump should have formed his own party. At least half his supporters would have gone with him, and that’s 40 million people. The Dem and GOP parties only have about 30Mill each.

Trumps party would have instantly been the number 1 party.

Read the story again, not just the headline. No where does the quote that they are basing the story off of say that there won’t be an agenda in 2023 if the Republicans take the Senate. That was just the Grifter’s take on it.

Red Badger already figured out what the story actually says, and why it doesn’t match with the headline. Can you?

The GOP should be called “The Seinfeld Party”, a party about nothing.

Definitely some similarities, like 76 million viewers laughing at them.

Mitch, the beotch, along with his merry band of fine GOPe UniParty members, have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory to assist their comrades on the DNC side of the UniParty waaaayyyy too many times. He and his Bush league “assistant democrats” need to be GONE.

“ Read the story again, not just the headline. ”

__________

I read the story and my reply was to you, not the OP. You were wrong on a few statements you made. I was simply pointing our what the reality is regarding a legislative agenda and who is responsible for it when it should be publicized and also where I disagreed regarding GA senate candidates.

Lol. In what world does a minority party set a legislative agenda?

Your statement betrays a fundamental lack of understanding of our legislative process.

Oh, and FYI conservative PACs outspent liberal PACs $221 million to $105 million between Nov. 3, 2020 and January 5th, 2021.

So nice try blaming the RNC there. (Once again, you betray that you don’t understand how each of the two political parties actually fund and run campaigns).

You go Gurl!!! It's time again for the RNC's Abusive Spouse strategy to get their constituency to the polls: "What are you gonna do, leave me?"

Just a little more strident obnoxiousness, and you'll have me convinced to vote for the Loser Party. Actually not, but it's amusing to imagine the Habitrail wheel in your skull working so hard!

I never said they did, read my post again. Reading comprehension is not your strong suit judging from this response and your initial response to the OP. Either that or you have your own disingenuous agenda, one or the other as I see it.

I notice you didn’t quote what that statement is and how it’s a misunderstanding, and that’s because, again, you’re being disingenuous.

I see you included January. A bit late, eh. They were late, too many of them. And although you’re right in total funding balance, the Democrats had over 100 million each back mid-December. It doesn’t discount that the RINO RNC underfunded and sent that message loud and clear.

Jordy Fuchs, is that you? I'm surprised you don't have "Life-Long Conservative" as part of your bio.

Thank you for again displaying the truism that the GOP hates its own voters more than any Democrat.

BUt you are in a pickle: can't really run on repealing Obamacare, building a wall and stopping illegal immigration, or appointing conservative SCOTUS picks. Even I won't fall for that crap again.

Good luck with your GOPE staff job, or the K Street gig.

I read your post. You talked about the GOP House. The thread is about the Senate. You seemed to think that the GOP has some sort of need to broadcast all of their legislative agenda for 2023 and beyond. Frankly, that's irrelevant. The claim in the article was that there would be no agenda AFTER the GOP takes the House/Senate. That's just a lie, and that was my point.

I see you included January. A bit late, eh. They were late, too many of them. And although you’re right in total funding balance, the Democrats had over 100 million each back mid-December. It doesn’t discount that the RINO RNC underfunded and sent that message loud and clear.

LOL! Given that was the period of time for the run off, that would be the time to include, wouldn't it? The facts are simple, you claimed that Perdue and Loeffler were underfunded. They weren't. The GOP consistently funds candidates with soft money through PACs as opposed to hard money through the party. That's why the left went so crazy over the Citizen's United decision. Whether you like it or not, the Democrats were outspent nearly 2 to 1 in Georgia.

I understand that it is difficult to watch a State that you loved and live in crumble with an influx of out-of-staters who have nothing in common with you. The same thing has happened in Virginia, Colorado and Arizona. However, ignoring it and pretending that it was a flash in the pan won't help you from staring at a Governor Abrams in November if you don't figure out a way to get places like Cobb County and Henry County back.

Georgia has shifted left in the same time that Florida has shifted right. That's just reality. Playing pretend with the "ITZ WAS DOMININZ" won't fix things. You need a better plan than that. Other States figured it out, Georgia folks are going to have to do the same thing.
