The state of New York said it will prioritize non-White people in the distribution of COVID-19 treatments in short supply.
New York’s Department of Health released a document detailing its plan to distribute the treatments, such as monoclonal antibody treatment and antiviral pills.
The plan includes a section on eligibility for the scarce antiviral pills that people must meet to receive the treatment, including a line stating a person needs to have "a medical condition or other factors that increase their risk for severe illness." ..."

They're setting a precedent. In future, this will apply to new cancer treatments and other medical breakthroughs.
Anti-white racists are smart. Many whites don't want this drug, so they won't complain, thus allowing the precedent to be set.
Of course, rich, well-connected whites will still be able to get any new health treatments. It's poor and working class Christian whites (i.e., the deplorables) who will be last on line for any new cancer treatments or other health breakthroughs. They'll pay their taxes, but the benefits will go to "newly arrived Americans."
And let's be clear about the ideology. This is not leftism. It's not Marxism. It's not socialism. It's anti-white racism.
Reminds me of how back in June 2020 Lincoln City, OR passed a mask mandate that initially exempted Black people. Either this is yet another pathetic example of political pandering. Or could it be the covidians are surreptitiously a bunch of White supremacists who have no qualms using Blacks as Guinea pigs? Tuskegee Experiment, anyone? This is a section 1983 suit waiting to happen. Once one person has standing they can sue everyone, from governor, down to every participating hospital, doctor, administrator, nurse, etc. All are both joint and severally liable under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

I think the 1964 Civil Rights Act only applies to “protected classes.” (I.e., everyone except white, heterosexual, Christian males.)
