"...a lot of these films that do simultaneous release on streaming platforms and movie theater it's difficult to know how good it did..."

I would have watched it if it sounded anywhere near good. I read reviews and it sounds awful. Plus the killed Neo and Trinity in the 3rd movie.
No commercials. I get HBO Max for free through my cell phone provider. It’s very limited, but occasionally they get early releases like this one. I wouldn’t pay the $15/mo they want for it.
Putting Neil Patrick Harris in ANY movie is good enough for me to pass.
I still enjoyed the Harold & Kumar trilogy. And the two guys who wrote those work with a third guy (he did Hot Tub Time Machine, among other things) to make Cobra Kai. Shoutout to that show as it’s the least ‘woke’ thing on TV now. Season 4 just came out, and season 5 was already shot (just going through post production now, so possibly out middle of the year). Great show if folks don’t know about it, which continues the Karate Kid story (with the same actors, plus newbies).
Another Die Hard movie could do well.
That was why the Spiderman movie was successful and that piece of trash with prancing faggots screeching like stepped on cats flopped.
Or.... maybe it was because the Spiderman movie actually had a story? And prancing faggots didn't?
Such a mystery.
People like stories. Give them a story and they will come.
I liked Nobody, but it was a bit of a send up of John Wick - Equalizer films.
