In-deed the idea is replacing Biden, and so the headline will be: Kamala Harris first female President and first black female to ascend to the Oval Office. Maybe Spring 2023. Thus hoping to thwart the GOP attack on Biden and leave them only a few months to tune their strategy in opposing Harris while being called racist and misogynist for doing so.
