I've come up with a better term for the ruling elite. Elite implies they have some special characteristic that makes them destined to rule. Little doubt the ruling clique thinks of itself this way. Historically this tendency resulted in an aristocracy that lasted for generations and even lead to inbreeding to keep power inside dynasties.

We now have a new variation of this aristocracy arising in Democracies. Which is why rather than recovering to them as 'elites' we should refer to them as 'The Interbreeds' since that is where their kind of thinking leads to and is anything but complimentary.

Well, people like Mark Levin have thrown around the term, “oligarchy,” the corrupted form of aristocracy.

Whatever we call it, the Senior Executive Service is without a doubt a caste of its own and along with lesser members of the Deep State, don’t give a rip what is best for our nation.
