Sure, there was fraud but there were also mistakes made by Trump that cost him a lot of votes. Trump won in 2016 because millions of people who can't stand him held their nose and voted for him anyways because they loathed Hillary Clinton even more. Many of these people felt comfortable returning to Joe Biden, having grown weary of Twitter rants. Trump discouraged mail-in voting during the middle of a pandemic. Democrats embraced it. Trump's re-election campaign was a shambolic, unfocused mess. Remember Trump's "Platinum Plan" Hail Mary? WTF was that?
Glenn Youngkin showed Republicans how to win in a blue state by being MAGA enough to retain Trump's base but disciplined enough to not scare off the squishy suburban middle. And most importantly, employ an army of volunteers to watch the polls looking for shenanigans.
That's how it's done. Republicans can win again. They just need to stop listening to defeatist garbage and actually fight.
