The House of Representatives late Tuesday evening voted 222-208 to refer Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to the Justice Department for potential criminal charges.
Representatives passed the contempt measure 222-208 with RINOs Cheney and Kinzinger voting with the Democrats.

The only investigative powers the Legislative Branch has is for issues involving legislation.

This committee was constituted in violation if the House’s own rules. Some DC court stooge will approve it, but the supreme court will shoot this referral down. I wouldn’t be surprised if its 9 to 0.

I’m not so sure.
The Democrats’ election-stealing, power-happy, over-reaching, overtly-partisan, witch-hunting, gun-grabbing, job-killing, privacy-invading, race-baiting, gender-bending, etc..
…is over the top. I hear life-long Democrat voters starting to complain - and they should.
After all, tyranny is bi-partisan. Voting Democrat won’t protect them from the coming destruction - recession and stagflation hurts everyone but the very rich and powerful.
Middle class Democrat voters have been duped by the lying Left for a long time, but the current Leftist regime is doing it openly for some reason… like they don’t care anymore who knows that their intentions are evil.
This could be very bad news - if they know something we don’t - that they have already won and no longer need the approval of the American public.
But it could be good news too - if they are wrong there will be hell to pay in 2022. If their calculations are wrong, and there is still some fight left in the American public, then we could see an unprecedented red tsunami.
I think a lot of middle class Democrat voters are realizing the people running the government are not their friends. I think they are finally figuring out they are being fed lies.
One can only hope.
