Hawaii Governor David Ige on Monday signed an emergency declaration for the entire State of Hawaii as heavy rains from a “Kona Low” weather system are anticipated to continue to cause flooding and damage to public and private property.

Got family with a home backing up to a creek that comes right up and occasionally floods the property during periods of very heavy rain; gets under the house which takes forever to dry out, threatens to get up into the garage.

No bueno.
