Jen Psaki Confronted With Poor Jobs Report Live On MSNBC, Says She Can’t Comment Right Away
"Well, I know this sounds a little archaic, but I can't comment on them until 9:30, by rules, because I work at the White House," Psaki responded.
"What I will say is people can expect the president to continue to say, today, month to month, is that what we’re seeing are good trends, that we are continuing to put people back to work, that we are continuing to see participation in the workforce, that we are continuing to see the unemployment rate go down, but there’s more we need to do to address core problems that have existed long before the pandemic."
“Archaic” – in what meaning of the word does Jpsaki’s comment make any sense? Answer: none, like every other utterance that spills over her lips. On point:
Psaki offers no update whether China's Xi is helping to track COVID-19 origins – Fox…I’ll take that as a “no”.
Jen Psaki says store-looting crime sprees caused by the pandemic – TheBlaze …I’ll take that as a “not our fault;” probably due to Trump and his white supremacist followers.
But getting back to Jpsaki’s response above re. the November jobs report: in what universe does this constitute ‘seeing good trends’?
I know the Biden Regime is short on economic prowess, but this response defies both logic and common sense. With the White House citing again and again the triple threat of “labor shortages, supply chain problems and COVID” as the cause of every little trouble in the land, how is this “a good trend” I ask. With every business in America begging for help, how can a jobs report nearly two thirds lower that the previous month indicate anything but disaster? By what fabulist twist does this become “on a good trend?” Unless of course you are trying to bring America to its knees – something I don’t entirely discount.
Schumer, Pelosi, Harris take a knee in their Kente-Cloths to honor the thug from Minneapolis after passing the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2020
But I don’t fault Jpsaki, after all, that’s what she gets paid to do: put a good spin on things. Not her fault that even a centrifuge would have trouble finding the floss in this latest turn of events.
November Jobs Report Is The Worst Since Biden Took Office – But Wait! We Aren’t Done Yet!!
Oh, and happy Caturday, people.
Just a reminder: cats have knees and they too are just waiting to take over the world

The jabs reports aren’t any better.
The trend seems to be pretty relentless downward. That's not good.
These aren’t new jobs. This is people returning to jobs others were locked out of by Covid. Who in the Republican Party will have the courage to stand up and challenge the false narrative?
Exactly right. Few, if any, of these jobs are new.
It’s amusing to hear her say we have labor shortages. Where did the labor pool go? Why did it shrink? The answer is obvious — people were locked out of their jobs and after X weeks of unemployment and were no longer counted in the labor force.
But just wait. The “Infrastructure Bill” will have everybody winding EV motors and building chargers. New government t make-work jobs, coming right up!
Whenever I need a good medicinal laugh, I go to MOTUS AD, and it never disappoints.
Whoever writes this blog is pure genius. Wish I knew who it is.
This AM found an AP report explaining the numbers were not bad, actually good in fact. Funny when Trump was president, every great report was followed by an AP report citing how bad they really were. One would think comparing these reports against the actual numbers would show anyone with a micron of brain power they are tailored to fit the narrative for each president, those the AP likes (dem) “good”, those the AP hates (GOP) “bad”.
Hopefully one of the asteroids floating around will land on AP headquarters one day.
“here did the labor pool go? Why did it shrink?” My guess 2-3 million have decided to sit this out. The contiuing covid mandates and such keep two groups home; women and seniors. I was working at 80 and now I don’t see the need. Exrended unemployment keeps me home and safe. Bet there are a million of us over 65 in that category.
Benefit card, food stamps and section 8 housing, Medicaid- why work?
This can’t be right. Joe says things are great now that everyone is obeying his commands.
Same as bammy during the housing crash. His policies didn’t add new jobs...the economy finally righted itself and people came back to prior jobs.
Yes, a lot of retirement age people who were working for pleasure or extra money is going to be lower in this situation.
But it’s fashionable to scream right now and I get that.
5% is called full employment.
4.2% means everyone who wants to work is working.
Trump’s best quarter in 4 years was 3.7%, called a ‘historic’ low. If the difference between a capitalist and a communist is an extra .5% in unemployment I’d call that a testament to how hard it is to kill our economy. Reminds me of the Obama years when Obama tried so hard but couldn’t kill the economy either.
And now, back to the regularly programmed wailing...
She’s the female (I think) version of Bagdad Bob.
It’s progressing as the dems intended. By turning up the misery index on the folks, the folks will be less likely to complain about the increased government control over our lives that is coming, and is in their plan.

"Joey Tribbiani was... abysmal!"

Ding ding, you got it right, I am 66, got laid off July 2020, did not see need to find a new job.
EXACTLY!..I expect someday Jen will have to say...I hate to tell you this...but Our Beloved President will be retiring soon because of his dementia....But the best doctors in the world have confirmed its not fatal and he could live to be 100 ..... and for that...we should all be grateful for what hes done for us...... /s
