Just checking the math. Supposedly 3.6 million truck drivers today. Is 3.7% of that 250,000? Sorry left-handed with math deficiencies.
3.7% of 3.6 million=133,200.
I’m a manufacturer who is dependent on truckers making deliveries or my business would fail.(I’m a huge fan of truckers)
No materials means no products, no products means no customers, no customers means the business is “road kill.”
However, the truckers are making deliveries and customers are placing orders, but we are so far behind schedule its almost laughable.
Many companies that are dependent on China are having trouble with deliveries, the shipments aren’t coming through. They thought the globalist “gravy train” was infinite and will pay a price for their short sightedness.
These supply chain issues are only going to increase with government control freaks and our fear based pussy population, continuing their stupidity.
My prediction is the American population will be in a rage, if liberal autocrats don’t change their practices before the next elections.
The more common number is 4.6 million drivers. As the CEO of the American Trucking Association explains in the video, 3.7% of this number is 170,000 which added to the current deficit of 80,000 drivers would yield a 250,000 driver shortage.
The math didn’t quite work for me, either.
Seemed like a double count.
Which means that 37%, as indicated in the article, is 1.3M. That’s a LOT of truckers just gone.
This is by design. This is 100% part of the socialists plan.
