This Brighteon video is an interview of doctor Bryan Ardis who reports that the approved in hospital treatment protocol for Covid does in fact include Ivermectin. He supplies the website link to the NIH document.

The NIH apparently has pulled down Table-2E at the address linked to by Dr. Ardis (they clearly don't want you seeing this) but not before someone smarter than the NIH clowns archived it at the WayBack Machine.
"Adults:
The dose most commonly used in clinical trials is IVM 0.2–0.6 mg/kg PO given as a single dose or as a once-daily dose for up to 5 days."
As I am posting this the second document (@cms.gov) is still available at the link provided

Hospital care protocols for Covid will kill you.
Are we there yet?

Recommendation
• There is insufficient evidence for the COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Panel (the Panel) to
recommend either for or against the use of ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19. Results
from adequately powered, well-designed, and well-conducted clinical trials are needed to provide
more specific, evidence-based guidance on the role of ivermectin in the treatment of COVID-19
Do you happen to have a link to where one can order it? I saw it before posted here, but cannot any longer find it.
Thanks!
What is the conversion from metric to English numbers for Ivermectin ... how much per pound?
Oops! Sorry folks!
Nancy Pelosi needs to resign. And we need an edit button…
It’s failed double blind independent studies when it comes to testing Covid-19. Please stop.
Consider promoting the new treatments coming on line that have actually been successful in proper studies and are currently before the FDA.
.2mg/kg roughly equals .09 mg/lb according to FLCCC https://covid19criticalcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/FLCCC-Alliance-I-MASKplus-Protocol-ENGLISH.pdf
There are some links in the FLCCC docs pages on how to get an Rx. But then there are those who have been buying it direct from Indian pharmacies. I don’t have link. I bought a small pile of horse paste a year ago.
Link?
