So now the OK National Guard becomes a REAL citizens' army!
Wait! Stop the presses! If they refuse the vaccine, that will cause them to turn from a National Guard into a mere “militia”. But the gun grabbers told me that the National Guard WAS “the militia”!
Militia’s sound good to me. Who remembers the movie Taps when the cadets seized all the weapons?

Militia sounds better than the National Guard.
The National Guard can have the same weapons as the active duty military namely class 3 full auto, destructive devices such as 40 mm MK19s ect. Plus tanks, jets and armor piercing ammo. The nonfederal state militia can have none of those and every class 3 weapon not returned to the federal Army armory would be a 25 year felony for each and every person in possession of them. The feds will expect all the ammo and vehicles back that much would be a given. The state militia is in no way legally the same as the federal recognized and funded National Guard.
Well, if they become a state militia, they can’t be called up, can they?
Before this over all states will need militias.

OSHA is only one of five distinct mandates. So far, the others have been held.
1. The military
2. Any employee of a hospital receiving federal funds such as Medicare, Medicaid
3. Any federal employee
4. Any federal contractor
5. OSHA … private employers with 100+ employees

Pentagon will find itself in a world of hurt without the National Guard. Militia is just fine, States will help each other. At some point states should stop sending money to Washington since we have to defend ourselves.

Please define this term. Does this include any employee of any company that has at least one federal contract that has never worked on, never been a party to, nor has any government security clearance, and works entirely remote?

I can’t even imagine what it’s like being in the military today under this asshat. The oath of enlistment would be going through my head every day. The constitution is being shredded, there are Marxist domestic enemies occupying our government, people are being sent to a gulag for protesting, parents are being threatened for showing concern for their kids, now the NG is being threatened? What will it take?
