My brother married a stupid, mentally ill woman who seems, in hindsight, to be looking to end the marriage. She is a liberal maskhole/vaxsucker with no wisdom who has a father with money and connections to things like politicians and lawyers.
They have two kids, a boy and a girl. The girl has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and receives shots weekly. She does not like them, and puts up a fuss every friday when the shots are given. My nephew is perfectly healthy.
The school announced recently that tomorrow, after school, they will be holding "vaccinations". The wife is 100% for this, and knows my brother is 100% against this. She signed a waiver, and the school only needs one parent to proceed. They had an argument tonight, and she threw out the "I don't feel safe with you here" card, and he went over to Mom's to panic. He believes she is using this as a way to separate and take control of the kids. Her father would be more than happy to help her in any way possible.
What are his options? Does anyone have any ideas? I told him to at least go to the school tomorrow morning/early afternoon for a little "preemption" meeting.
Is there a form he could bring? A sort-of liability form he could foist upon the nurses or doctors administering the vaccinations? Any groups filing lawsuits in his state he can join? Preliminary injunctions? Any other ideas would be welcome, I have a couple more up my sleeve.
Get a GOOD attorney, FAST.
I had one distant in-law feeding her baby saki at one dinner table. Whole family present. Something going on between the parents. It’s what women do.
“maskhole/vaxsucker”?
Question: Why do most husbands die before their wives?
Answer: Because they want to.
Parents should agree, otherwise maybe it may be a case for family court? A TRO is not how these disputed are handled b/c a parent can’t get a TRO against another parent ostensibly to protect a child.
Not much on this situation.
Worst thing he could do is leave the house. He must stay in the house.
Someone obsessed with shots “fauci ouchies”, masks, compliance, etc.
My suggestion is spontaneous cultural enrichment day, take the kids to see museum, battlefield, USS New Jersey/North Carolina/Texas/Wisconsin.
Depends on how large the county is. If it is a small county, he could probably find a lawyer that could get a judge to sign a temporary order. But it’s a really narrow window time wise to get something done, and he needs to start at first light towmorrow. (Lots of lawyers aren’t bothering to come into the office these days unless they have an appointment scheduled).
TRO wouldn’t target the wife, it would target the school/county health department/death shot provider. Only way to target the wife would be to file a petition for divorce with an emergency petition for temporary sole custody. Very poor chance of success most places on the facts given. Uphill battle even if he could find an anti-vax judge.
Yes, if he can afford a good attorney with the intestinal fortitude, the mojo, and the unwavering willingness necessary to mount an effective defense agsinst an out-of-control wife in Family Court, and (sin of sins) possibly go on offense, assuming this is not considered to be an instantaneously disbarring offense against the Unquestioned Rights of the Woman in your jurisdiction, he should strongly consider doing so before his wife gets the jump on him. Fair warning—she may already have done so.
You want to end a marriage over a sore arm? That’s really dumb. Suck it up and pick your battles would be my advice.
Get a lawyer. Lawyer shop early and often, that way there is a conflict of interest every time wife tries to go and get a lawyer and can’t find one. Also a great way to find out if wife has been to see a lawyer.
You might be able to put it in a more polite way.
There are plenty of people here who have taken the vaccine because they thought it was a good idea for them as individuals. You’re insulting them.
The daughter has an immune disorder the vaccine is NOT a good idea this other needs to wake the hell up!!!!
She’s the mother. Dad ain’t going to find a judge to stop it. While I wouldn’t vaccinate them, the kids will be fine. The damage the parents will do them is another thing altogether.
You’re a woman
It’s a battle worth fighting.
Risk of heart damage, sterility and death make the jab child abuse.
