Isolationist Tucker Carlson Shamefully Sides With Russia, Putin On Ukraine
The Constitutional Conservatives ^ | November 13, 2021 | Daniel John Sobieski

Tucker Carlson would have been a perfect adviser to the late Neville Chamberlain, the British Prime Minister who sold out Czechoslovakia in 1938 at Munich in an attempt to appease the Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler and waive a meaningless piece of diplomatic paper proclaiming “peace in our time.” Instead of confronting Hitler when it was relatively easy and when his own generals did not trust him, we got World War II, the Holocaust, and unfathomable carnage.

On his Wednesday night Fox News show, Tucker Carlson treated Ukraine like Chamberlain treated Czechoslovakia, a faraway country of no strategic importance, not worthy of fighting and dying for, and certainly not worth ticking off the brutal dictator trying to take it over:

Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) may have gotten a more combative interview than he bargained for when he appeared with Tucker Carlson on Wednesday night.

Last week Turner and 14 other Republican members of Congress wrote a letter to President Joe Biden calling on him “to immediately provide support to the Ukrainians” after satellite images showed a buildup of Russian military “Tucker, thank you so much for bringing attention to this issue,” said Turner after Carlson welcomed him to the show. “This is one the mainstream media is not going to be reporting and is incredibly important for people to understand what Russia is doing and really the threat to the United States and the threat to the United States’ allies.” forces along Ukraine’s northern border.

After saying that many military families watch his show, Carlson told Turner, “I wonder if you could explain to them why it is in America’s interest that their kids risk their lives in Ukraine.”

Exactly.

Tucker is interesting, honest, and patriotic.

Maybe the reason for all of our useless interventions around the world for the last 30 years or more have been to enrich the military industrial complex while keeping everyone's attention away from the domestic coup.

You looked behind the curtain.

I’m typing S-L-O-W-L-Y, so perhaps you might understand:

Notice what YOU wrote: White Russia, Red Russia, Great Russia. ALL Russia! Not Ukraine. Ukraine was a colony under the communists, and Lenin killed nearly as many Ukrainians during the Holomodor as the Nazis killed JEWS in WWII.

Now think of your states as colonies, like they once were.

Would you want any of them to go back to bring under the English crown? Even if there is a sizable number of folks that would be amenable to the English takeover of your sovereign nation?

Because THAT is the issue here: a FORMER colonial power is trying to resume its dominance...

Do you see the problem NOW?

The Ukraine is not worth one American life.

However, I am open to imports of borzois from there to chase rabbits here in the USA.

We orchestrated the whole conflict between Ukraine and Russia so Ukraine could be used as a weapon against Putin.

“Isolationist”’ is a slur by cowards who are whores international finance and want to send other people’s children to die in the name of “democratic capitalism” (aka rule by those who suck the blood out of western man). May all globalists and believers in liberal values and their families get the rope sooner rather than later.

If protecting Ukraine from Russia is important, let the French, Germans, and Poles get active. Upon the fall of the USSR, we have no interest in Eastern Europe. Putin is more a kleptocrat than the reincarnation of Stalin.

I am more worried about the tyrants at home. Biden is more of an existential threat to America than Xi or Putin.

Russia needs Ukraine back. Enormous agricultural sector, largest open pit iron mine in Europe, warm water ports, large tank repair plant, Antonov Aircraft Company among other things. Better weather too. Putin will grab it. After that Turkey had better look out.
As for the rest of Europe, why bother.

Gdańsk was part of Prussia in 1772. What are you going to go back to pre-Mongol invasion?

True. I don’t want our troops involved in that war.

The Holomodor was Stalin's doing, during the 1930s, not Lenin's. I think the best estimate is something over 3,000,000 Ukrainians died of starvation. So considerably fewer than the number of Jews killed by the Nazis, but dying of starvation is a slow and painful way to die.

I don't know anything about Sobieski's track record, but I can understand someone with a Polish surname not rooting for the Russians.

You are correct, I erred in naming Vladimir rather than Josef.

Once again, the numbers are dependent on where you source your information. I’ll stick with the 6 million number, as I count the babies and children that were slain and consumed by desperate neighbors.

Yes, that really happened.
