Following FBI's Political Raid On James O'Keefe, Contents Of His Privileged Communications With Lawyers Are Leaked to New York Times

And note-- O'Keefe is in a lawsuit with the New York Times.

The FBI launched a political raid on Project Veritas' offices, and the personal homes of James O'Keefe and his reporters -- with battering rams at the ready -- and then not only seized his private, confidential, protected communications with counsel, but then immediately leaked them to the corporation they are politically allied with whom James O'Keefe is suing.

The New York Times immediately ran a hit piece which they intend to help their court case, claiming that James O'Keefe talked to his lawyers about how to avoid breaking the law in his sting operations. In other words -- he sought legal advice as to how to... act lawfully while committing acts of non-state-approved journalism.

By the way, if you're going to secretly record anyone, you must consult a lawyer -- or at least understand the law keenly yourself -- to know if you are in a one-party or two-party consent state. If you're in a two-party consent state, you cannot record someone without their permission.

So yes -- you need a lawyer to advise you of such matters.

The New York Times -- again, being sued by James O'Keefe and Project Veritas in a case that the courts refuse to dismiss, which is going to trial -- spins this as "James O'Keefe has a long history of using lawyers' advice to help him skirt the law," or that sort of terminology.

The NYT, who themselves literally have an entire law firm on retainer to advise them in such matters, casts mere consultation with lawyers as some kind of shady criminal conspiracy.

And this was leaked to them by the FBI, after an illegal, political raid.

And these raids are all about Joe Biden directing the FBI to harass anyone who had contact with... his druggie self-confessed nymphomaniac daughter's lost diary! Something the federal law enforcement agencies have absolutely no jurisdiction over!

This.

Is.

Not.

America.

Not anymore.

This is straight-up fascism.

This cannot go on much longer.

And what cannot go on, will not.

A court has ordered the FBI to stop extracting data from James O'Keefe's phones. Perhaps some judges and government officials are not yet part of the fascist takeover of what was once America.

Here's the NYT, "talking its book," prepping the jury pool with the gift it got from its buddies at the Democrat Armed Enforcement Squad at the DOJ:

Mark Mazzetti @MarkMazzettiNYT Project Veritas has long occupied a gray area between investigative journalism and political spying, and documents reveal how much the group has worked with lawyers to gauge how far its practices can go before breaking the law. W/⁦@adamgoldmanNYT⁩ https://nytimes.com/2021/11/11/us/politics/project-veritas-journalism-political-spying.html?referringSource=articleShare Sean Davis @seanmdav You clowns worked hand in glove with the corrupt spies and left-wing con artists on the most fraudulent political smear operation in American history--the Steele dossier--and you have the audacity to cast stones at someone elses journalism? You people belong in Gitmo.

Will Chamberlain @willchamberlain If the New York Times has these memorandums -- why wouldn't it also have PV's privileged communications that relate directly to PV's lawsuit against the Times?

This is just a massive, massive scandal

Sean Davis @seanmdav The FBI is a corrupt, criminal organization that has no valid reason for existing.

I went to follow Drew Hernandez -- the videographer and commentator who appeared at the trial yesterday as a surprise (?) witness -- and I found, happily, that I was already following him.

Here's his advice:

Drew Hernandez @DrewHLive Pay attention to so called conservatives/patriots that don't report on James O'Keefe being targeted by the FBI

Excellent advice.

Though I'm pretty sure I can predict the entire list.

And they're not conservative. They're Conservative, Inc., and they're liberal grifters.

I think he might be talking about fed plants, though.

Defund the FBI.

Disband it.

Start a new agency.

Follow Malone's rules -- if the barrel is filled with rotten apples, pick fresh apples off the tree.

Wow, if they can prove the FBI leaked things, that would be incredible and actionable.

How else could information which only the government possessed get to the mouth organ for the corruptocracy?

The Tree of Liberty has not been watered in a long time. Until someone steps up and starts watering it, then these violations of the Constitution will continue. Currently there is no real penalty for violating someone's constitutional rights. None.

As soon as the FBI gets on the the Jim Comey leak case I’m sure they will jump on this one. Jim gave them the blueprint, give it to your lawyer and he gives it to the NY Times.

So let’s get this straight. O’Keefe’s organization dates to report on the contents of a neglected and left-behind diary that fortuitously ended up in their hands, and us rewarded for its legitimate journalistic efforts with an FBI raid, the true purpose of which appears to have been to steal secret documents from O’Keefe, hand them over lock, stock and barrel to the New York Times, at which time the New York times publishes the O’Keefe’s secrets with absolute impunity, including no fear of being raided by the FBI in response to its FAR WORSE behavior?

>>> And these raids are all about Joe Biden directing the FBI to harass anyone who had contact with... his druggie self-confessed nymphomaniac daughter’s lost diary!

No... they were not.

They were all about the fact that O’keefe dared to give whistleblowers against the “vaccine” a venue from which to warn the public.

If this were about Joe Biden’s “image”, they would have given O’Keefe a medal for choosing NOT to publish information about the diary.

Notice how nobody is talking about the fact that O’Keefe tried to return the diary WITHOUT PUBLISHING it.
Why? because he could not confirm it’s authenticity.

What did the FBI just do by raiding???

Yup!... You got it... THEY (the FBI) confirmed it’s authenticity!

Remember from their rulebook: NEVER let ANY crisis go to waste!

I’m convinced that Biden’s SOLE purpose for being president (not his purpose but the Deep State’s purpose) is to HUMILIATE THE USA. Why? because it promotes the USA’s economic demise and now inevitable financial collapse.

The DS had to shut down O’Keefe because he struck a vital nerve in the globalist agenda... which is global depopulation through the vaccines.

They have expertly used this counter against Veritas to further their own agenda of Raking Biden (the USA) through the mud. Think about this... What kind of spectacle would we have now if O’Keefe HAD published the diary info??? Hmm???

Yeah... O’Keefe would be with the Jan 6 group in a DC jail, and everybody would be talking about the diary. It was a Win-Win for the DS.

Okay..
A breach that should never have happened..
The fib is not to be trusted...
Lessons learned???
Never discuss personal or legal matters on the interwebs.
If your attorney insists upon this, then your attorney is not representing your best interests..fire him or her and file a complaint with the bar.
Keep any and all personal papers off site, in a place that only a trusted person knows. Your lawyer is not a trusted person.

The bar is a private organization that licenses attorneys for the state. The bar leans far to the left.
Do not trust them, or your attorney.

Like Clinton’s Attorney General Janet Reno did, simply handing over to already-appointed Special Counsel Kenneth Starr the job of investigating fresh executive branch outrages, Biden’s Attorney General What’s His Nameshould hand this issue over to the already-appointed attorney What’s His Name investigating Russia Hoax/Fake Dossier. Done.

You're needed for interrogating some FBI officials.
