I get the impression that the prosecutor has been trying to impeach the witnesses, yesterday and today.
oh yes, without a doubt. I don’t know how things are going with this current guy as I have to work :| What’s the summary of his position do you know?
So far the States “wins”
1) a witness told the FBI the person Kyle shot had bleach in his bag but yesterday he said he wasn’t sure what was in it
2) Kyle told some dude he didn’t know after he shot people that he didn’t shoot anyone as he was running towards the police line with a mob after him to turn himself him
I’m not kidding..those are the “Gotcha” points

Its hard to say . . . pretty much the gist of his responses were “I don’t know.” At one point he said he blacked out when Kyle approached him after the shooting. I have no idea why Binder doesn’t clarify that . . .
