Be prepared and know what other drugs have this issue and that you don’t use those for the same reasons.
Discuss with your Pastor and ensure you have his endorsement of your position and would provide a letter of documentation and support.

According to past Supreme Court rulings on Religious exemptions, the belief does not have to follow any logic nor pass any test. One merely has to have a belief and the employer must provide reasonable accommodations. The reasonable accommodations is where potential problems arise for the faithful.
Short and concise. I have to answer the 7 “questions” for DoD. My answers are currently 7 pages long and I believe at least 3 of them are an overt attempt at setting up a “Religious Test”. Another question specifically addresses only one of the 4 protected religious practices protected under Title VII. Questions appear to be set-ups or gotchas. I’m having way to much fun ramming this down their throats with facts, policy orders, legal reviews, etc.
Seeking a religious exemption concedes the legality of the mandate!

There really is not much difference here.
An exemption is NOT NEEDED for an ILLEGAL INTRUSION into the sovereignty you have over your own body!
Even if they could prove it works with only a 1% risk of death, it is a DENIAL OF LIFE to coerce you to take it!
You don’t need a religious exemption.

I forgot, my request for an exception is based on violation of Moral Conscience not specifically religion. Makes harder for Govt to challenge
Then ppl should refer to the Supreme Court ruling on the questionnaire. Also ask HR if they require the same form for Muslims who want a special prayer room or a place to wash their feet or a halal diet. I’m sure the requirements are much less onerous for that religion. This mandate BS has got to stop, but it won’t until we stop playing the game, FFS!
