That’s only part of it though. The real issue is international oligarchs and central bankers who refuse to let Africa develop its own resources and provide for the people. This is precisely why Gaddahfi was murdered, because he wanted to create both a natural-resource backed currency and a U.S. version of Africa.
This is where we disagree. I think they are almost completely incapable. Look at Zimbabwe and South Africa.

Africa is incapable of developing itself or self rule. They can’t even farm to provide food for themselves.
