This is where we disagree. I think they are almost completely incapable. Look at Zimbabwe and South Africa.
South Africa went from possession of nuclear weapons to having sex with virgins to cure AIDS.
Internationalist groups and activists were using pressure campaigns on the blacks in both countries and radicalized them. It's the equivalent of how the Dems radicalized blacks shortly after blacks won civil rights victories. None of what the blacks did in Africa was organic or self-created. It was purposefully done because globalists don't want to see Africans become self-sufficient.
Apartheid was a horrific but a necessary system to modernize Africans and teach them civility. The globalists hated that, so they weaponized the racial aspect of it to bring down both countries.
