What do you do for work? Is it something that you can do from home full time?

If so, you are in the same boat as me. When and if my company give this ridiculous edict, I will either work as a contractor on a 1099 or I will be setting up a LLC as a single member and contract out to my old company.

My boss has no problems with me doing this. The only thing is I will responsible for all the benefits: health, dental, Long term disability, etc...

Ask your boss/HR to show you where, in your insurance (health/workman’s comp) coverage it shows what care and compensation will be provided, should you suffer any adverse effects from their required shots.

Also, can they guarantee they are not exposing you to any other communicable diseases, from other employees? (ex: TB, regular flu, common cold, etc.)

Excellent, read just a bit of them. Make them review the forms and personally sign them first so that there is a written legal record for when problems with the vaccines arise. I bet that employers and schools start backing off demanding that peop, people, be vzxxed against their will if they see that they have to sign something g first.

PS...

You don’t have to justify your Christian practices to the company. None of their business. And why worry about being disingenuous. No moral problems lying to the people who seek to destroy you.

They don’t offer you the option of being tested weekly?

Sorry, one more. Just posting the description to the form for employers here for others to see

Employer Disclosure Form for COVID-19 Injections

“This is a form every employee who is faced with this situation needs to submit to the authorized officer of their company. It is requires them to respond to your questions (already on the form for you), provides you with requirements by the FDA, makes them review the ways they are breaking the law or ethical principles related to human experimentation and choice, and holds them 100% financially responsible, requiring a signature.”

Item (3) is Post #64 is an excellent point. When I was working on a senior corporate management role I was criticized a couple of times by my superiors for playing “favorites” with some of my staff, for letting them occasionally bend the rules, and for generally treating them better than others. I had no qualms about treating these people well because they really were the stars of my staff.

My superiors stopped giving me grief about it when I gave my canned explanation to them:

”I don’t treat all employees the same. So what? I make exceptions for exceptional people.”

“The only thing is I will responsible for all the benefits: health, dental, Long term disability, etc...”

I am 59, my wife is 60. Our health insurance as self employed runs just shy of $2000 per month and that is with a $8750 deductible each...yes each. No R/X is covered until we meet the deductible.
At age 63-44 it goes up to $3200 month. Almost $40,000 per year. That is no dental, disability, life etc either.

Before you jump into the deep end of the pond make sure you know exactly what your expenses will be as a sub contractor

I retired at 34 to raise my daughter.

I drive for uber now and had to reduce my costs.

You know my story. I’m from Newtown.

Don’t be afraid of a future of freedom and dignity.

Any attempt to comply is because of our love of money and fear of having less stuff than we do now.

Freepmail me, or call me if you wanna talk.

In addition to the other suggestions, see if your company allows for penalty-free withdrawals from your 401(k) on or after the age of 55 at the time of separation. Some companies allow this.

I really don’t know much about this all works.

Government-by-decree is how it works. There are no laws or even a definitive executive order to make this legitimate. Only a "policy statement" from an anonymous Federal bureaucrat is needed.

Most Religious exemptions will be denied.

Most Medical exemptions will be denied.

The few exemptions granted will be temporary and conditional on onerous and expensive testing requirements. Companies have already announced large health insurance surcharges that will be imposed on staff who are not vaccinated, or whose other family members are not vaccinated.

The Courts have been of no help in this matter. They will continue to do nothing.

Is it companies with more than 100 employees>.

At this moment, it is all companies with more than 100 employees - and all companies, regardless of size, doing business with the Federal Government through the GSA bidding process.

I have small business clients who have been directly affected. They will comply ("all staff must be vaccinated") or they will be forced to shut down. They are all going to comply.

I know of some large businesses that have backed away from the mandates. This is a temporary retreat due to critical staff shortages. The "mandates" will be applied for all new hires. They will come back later for existing staff members.

All of this is subject to change at the whims of the Federal bureaucracy. That is how it works.

Right. My brother-in-law was fired a week before he was going to retire. No warning, no bennies. I would have taken the company to court.

Tell them you got vaccinated. When they ask for the proof, refuse but remind them you are vaccinated.

The mandate isn’t that you get vaccinated. It’s that you show proof of vaccination.

Yeah I just read trough the link in post 71, wow! That will, put the fear of God into anyone trying to force people,to take the vaccines against their will.

I can see employers quietly going to the person who submits the form and saying ‘OK, OK, we will forego the mandate for, now, but keep, this quiet, alright?” Lol
