Leftist be hating on Christians
I question the sincerity of the claim that it’s about health care.
SPJNK
Are we due for a Biden sponsored Religious Inquisition?
“Please appear before The Panel to state your case.
Bring all attending paperwork, donation receipts and documentation of Church attendance for the last eight years.
Thou shall not murder is a very faithfully observed commandment.
The refusal to put blood money into the temple treasury is a rational religious belief, as is the refusal to put the fruit or product of murdered baby cells into one’s body.
It is my belief that Covaxin is an effective Covid vaccine not tainted by the cells of murdered babies.
This used to be a free country.
Freedom of religion was protected.
Too bad NONE of our elected or appointed would stand for the Constitution on Usurpation Day.
The Human Right to say “no” exemption is the only exemption I need.
See Amendment 4 for clarity on that. See DoI for how I got that right.
See you in hades if you try to violate it. :)
In July and August the cruise lines had religious exemptions for the unvaccinated ‘sincerely held religious beliefs’
But by September they had dropped that exemption even though it’s required by law
Now there’s just exemptions for children under 12 and medical with a doctors letter
Mr./Mrs. Leftist, would you like me to continue to observe Commandment #6?
By requiring Covid vaccination (which can only be done using a fetal cell-related Covid vaccine) to care for Medicare/Medicaid patients, Joe Biden has set up a “religious test” for the “public trust” of caring for federally-funded patients.
Article VI of the Constitution specifies that “no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.”
A nurse could file a federal suit under Amendment XIV, Section 3 to remove Joe Biden for rebelling against Article VI of the Constitution. Courts have enforced Section 1 of Amendment XIV for decades and clearly should be able to enforce Section 3 too.
Even unrepentant sinners can run Biden out of office for violating Article VI.
Many will crow, as per ‘Roe’:
“My body, my choice”
You have one more choice, ‘rats.
Talk about living in one's own reality????

Justice Benjamin Cardozo [later of the Supreme Court] wrote in the [New York] Court’s opinion:
Every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body; and a surgeon who performs an operation without his patient’s consent commits an assault for which he is liable in damages. This is true except in cases of emergency where the patient is unconscious and where it is necessary to operate before consent can be obtained.

Thanks for posting, but this article has a poor title, and misses the importance of the recorded call.
The importance is, the top DOJ lawyer admitted that per the US Constitution religious exemptions DO exist, and MUST be respected.
However, he is admitting THAT is not what they intend to argue. They intend to attack the credibility of those claiming such exemptions, instead.
The Oviedo Convention of 1997
‘An intervention in the health field may only be carried out after the person concerned has given free and informed consent to it. This person shall beforehand be given appropriate information as to the purpose and nature of the intervention as well as on its consequences and risks. The person concerned may freely withdraw consent at any time.’
“The Council of Europe approved the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine (Oviedo Convention) in 1997. Although this Convention is only enforceable for European countries which have signed it[France+smaller Euporean countries], it provides useful guidance for the correct interpretation and application of the principle of informed consent, considering that it is not only a binding international treaty, but also that it sets forth established rules of interpretation in the field.”
