And they mean it. Last week San Francisco’s wildly popular Fisherman’s Wharf In-N-Out location
was found in violation of the city’s vaccination mandate for indoor dining by not preventing the entry of customers who were not carrying proper vaccination documentation, (not just Vax ID mind you, but Vax ID PLUS photo ID), the San Francisco Department of Public Health shut them down. They’ve since reopened for takeout but remain closed for indoor dining.
In a statement an In-N-Out Burger representative said that the location “properly and clearly posted signage to communicate local vaccination requirements,” but objected to the city’s order that the employees “must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every customer, then act as enforcement personnel by barring entry for any customers without the proper documentation.” The statement went on to say:
“We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government. It is unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe to force our restaurant associates to segregate customers into those who may be served and those who may not, whether based on the documentation they carry, or any other reason.”
“We fiercely disagree with any government dictate that forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business. This is clear governmental overreach and is intrusive, improper, and offensive.”
The popular fast food chain, known for printing Biblical references on their packaging,
is (yet another) franchise owned by a Christian so you can expect they will face the full wrath of the law.

So please remember children: if you allow the government to break the law for an “emergency” they will create “emergencies” to break the law.

Good for them. It is a safety issue. You can’t expect burger flippers to check IDs and enforce government edicts. Some employees will be hurt. Will fast food joints be forced to hire bouncers?
Somehow all those poor minorities who can’t get ID to vote manage to produce ID at the liquor stores.
But the DumocRATs think you should be able to vote without ID... Go figure.

The “Emergency” has become the norm. People need to get stirred up and made excited about an issue. Of course most of these issues are driving ulterior economic/political motives which only later and often after the fact become apparent.
But, it appears to be working.

OF COURSE they have digital/photo vaxx-database linked ID’s ready to go, for use in marginalizing us: the big restrictions on all medical care, all jobs, and all access to food, all access to worship, for not getting our vaxxes and boosters.
But they are restricting us slowly, state-by-state, hospital-by-hospital, employer-by-employer - the boiling frog feature, as usual.
If those big restrictions keep coming, soon, an overplayed-their-hand event will occur.
Will the following happen?... Is it the only hope, the only choice?: An “unknown number-of-weeks to slow the spread of tyranny” unvaxxed shutdown?
If truckers, nurses, doctors, firemen, cops, dock workers, and military stop working, no surrender, for a month or more, we will lose many people. Are you ready?
We belong to the big California PPO, and my wife may need a hip replacement.
So, recently, we have spent a lot of time at our local clinic and two of their hospitals in different cities/counties, re them and my wife determining the POA re her hip.
I’m either pushing her in one of their wheelchairs or she is using her new walker. Regardless, I’m with her, and the doctors, Rns and techs prefer me to be with her.
Every trip to one of their sites is a new adventure. We go from come on in with your mask and go where your appt. is without an escort.
Or a trip into NoSuchAgency might be easier than getting to some of her medical appts..
One time at one of their sites, she had to show her health care id. In the meantime, hired security people required a photo ID from me, my Covid~1984 vaccination card and my health care card. To escort her to the site of her appt..
Two weeks later, we went to another hospital. Young volunteers were at the front door. No Ids required, just wear a mask and use the hand stuff.
Last week, she received some shots in her hip using xray at the hard to get into hospital. It was just go to the check in room. My wife showed her appointment sheet, and then the receptionist told she and I to sit down.
Then, last Friday, I dropped her off at our local clinic. She had her new walker and went in and made her way to the doctors office about 175 yards from the front door.
A few minutes later, after I parked our car and walked to the front door, I was met at the front door by a volunteer and given a mask. I walked unescorted to the part of the clinic where my wife was finishing checking in. Then, we waited for the doctor. She showed her no picture ID for the POP and that was it. I was never asked to show any ID.
It should be Federal law that you can not use your vaccine passport for official ID when voting.
Racism fixed.
