9 In 10 Large Employers Concerned They Will Lose Employees Over Vaccine Mandate

In an unusual twist to the strength of the multinationals, many large corporations are worried they will lose critical employees to smaller organizations with less than 100 employees who do not have to enforce the national worker vaccine mandate.
By itself the 100 worker rule, in combination with the exemptions being provided by the federal government for some politically connected union organizations, would seem to undercut the premise of the “national health emergency.” If the COVID pandemic is such a national threat, why would any groups be excluded from the mandate? However, until the Dept of Labor rule is officially registered, court cases to hear such arguments are not possible.
A recent survey by The Society for Human Resource Management, as shared by The Hill, indicates that 9 out of 10 large employers are concerned about losing significant amounts of workers due to the federal mandate:
The Hill – […] The survey reveals uneasiness among employers over the impending workplace rule, which will require employers with 100 or more employees to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations or frequent testing. They’re most concerned about losing workers amid an extremely tight labor market.
Another two-thirds of employers surveyed said that they cannot afford to pay for weekly COVID-19 testing for unvaccinated workers. […] Others are worried that they could lose unvaccinated workers to rival firms with fewer than 100 employees or to independent contracting companies that aren’t subject to the rule. (read more)
It will be interesting to see if, and how quickly, a parallel economy with a vaccination option workforce, will take root.

Smart employers will poach the best employees from their competitors by telling them they won’t do this vax nonsense.

Not if they can get Uncle Sap to run them out of business first.

I have come to realize in the last few months what an utterly fragile thing our Civilization is and in how few hand our future rests.
It is all in the hands of 2 rebellious Democrat Senators and 9 Supreme Court Justices.
Let God’s will be done. Maybe he will stretch forth his mercy to this sad demented evil country one last time. We know in our heart of hearts we no longer deserve it.

I can guarantee they will lose 90% at my place of employment. It would be the dumbest move they ever tried

Ok to be clear
Legally there IS NO MANDATE
the “worried” employer is the only, one that demands their employees tske the death shots
so don’t mandate the shots, no worries

I skimmed six or eight articles today, all of them focused on the enigma of the number of people leaving the workforce and the problems employers are having finding workers. Not a single article mentioned the role of vaccine mandates!

I work with hundreds of employers. Not one has expressed this to me.

This was the premise of Atlas Shrugged. Much like today, a rapacious overreaching government was slowly destroying the country. John Galt, a shadowy figure in the book, decides to give them what they want. He quietly goes to the few key industrial figures in the country and one by one convinces them to quit; that their continued hard work and genius was only being exploited by the government parasites.
By pulling these few key individuals out of the workforce, Galt speeds the destruction of the country to deny the parasites its host.

No, but it’s probably coming, and soon. I think ISHA completed the rule, and can skip the public involvement phase because this is such an ‘emergency’, so shouldn’t be too much longer and it’ll be effective. However there are supposedly legal attack vectors, so I guess it might get put on hold till the litigation played out if the entire judiciary weren’t DS stooges.

Good! Bring on the mandates then. Nine out of ten large employers deserve to be put out of business. These large corporations are in bed with big leftist government and most have been engaging in outright textbook fascism. It’s time they reap what they have sewn. Crush them!
Let the business go to small companies run by patriotic Americans.

100 employees is considered a small company.
To: SeekAndFind
One would think that these companies have legal departments who can read the US Code and tell their CEOs that the mandate illegally strips their employees of their right to consent or opt out.
But they're not doing that.
I wonder why?

They seem to be a lot more concerned that the Biden Administration and its owner/operators will not see them as team players.

“100 employees is considered a small company.“
The target is the large corporations that employ thousands and tens of thousands.
These corporations are all run by ivy league educated freaks. There is no redemption for them, they must be crushed out of existence.

Here's my problem with the whole matter of mandates...
This has been going on for 18 months now....and NOW, all of a sudden....they're talking mandates...especially when we're pretty sure the worst is over.
AND the vaccine does NOT stop you from either getting Covid or passing it on.

OSHA. Android was being its usual helpful self and I didn’t notice.
