One of the wonders of the modern age is that fossil fuel allows us to avoid freezing in the winter or overheating in the summer. Climate change fanatics, however, who ignore that the Earth’s climate has cycled endlessly between hot and cold for billions of years, desperately want to return us to a pre-modern state. Their efforts are paying off, for the U.S. government is warning of a 54% increase in winter heating bills.
Upon entering the Oval Office, Biden immediately shut down the Keystone Pipeline and ended news drilling on federal lands. While Trump had brought America to energy independence and affordable energy, Biden reduced America to a vassal of oil-producing countries.
Thanks to this policy, gasoline prices keep climbing. In my neighborhood, they’ve increased by almost 78% in just nine months. The same is true everywhere.
Like all Biden policies, this is devastating for the middle and working classes for it doesn’t just make commuting more expensive, it increases the price of every single item in America. Fuel is needed for farming, manufacturing, shipping, wholesaling, and retailing. Every aspect of life becomes more expensive when fuel prices rise, with the middle and working classes bearing the ultimate burden.
All of this is in the name of fighting alleged climate change. That, of course, is a faith, not a science. We humans can pollute, and I believe we have a moral obligation to keep our environment clean and healthy, but the whole climate change theory is a joke and a bad one at that.

I’m reminded of Trump in 2020 telling us the economy in 2021 will break records, will be even better than how he had it before the democrat/China Covid terror attack, crime against humanity that murdered 4.5 million worldwide and I have no doubt he would have set incredible records with massive growth. Those of us who are prepared will ride this out with ease. A little freezing and starvation might do the unprepared, able bodied adult men and women of sound mind some good. Many in this country needs the Patton treatment. A good old fashioned slap across the face.
Think of it as an opportunity to get some basic training for the hardships of the coming civil war. If you can’t handle this cake walk, consider taking up needle point.
During Trump, I had the lowest natural gas bills I had seen in years. It was almost like a bill for an apartment instead of a house. We warned about Biden.

Thank goodness the Government didn't call this "unexpected increase" a "TAX" ,
but that is exactly what is is in order to close all the pipelines that Biden said that he wouldn't do,
while running for election.
Yes, it was during the Obama years when crude oil hit $150/barrel.
Heating oil got to $4/gallon. Gasoline was $4.50/gallon.
The purpose of this is to convince another X amount of people to buy a Hybrid or Electric automobile. Those F250s and Suburbans are only going to be sold to people who actually can afford to fill the tank for over $100/fill up or actually need them for work.
Back during Obama’s malaise I did the following to cut my energy consumption.
I added more insulation to the attic of my house. I caulked around windows and doors. I even insulated around exterior wall electrical boxes. Then I spent $5500 on a Harman pellet stove insert. I originally figured the payoff on the stove as 5 years based on the price of heating oil. That tuned into more like nine years.
I would advise all of us to spend the money to CUT your energy use if at all possible. Electricity, Natural gas, heating oil, gasoline and diesel are all going to go up in price.
Eventually, there will be breakthroughs in battery technology to get away from Lithium/Ion. As prices increase there is always an incentive to get rich by creating a better mousetrap.
Propane up 60 cents a gallon Tuesday. And it isn’t even cold yet.
