On Monday, a father in Clark County, Nevada, showed up to a Clark County School Board meeting and stunned the board members when he served them with papers in the middle of his speech.
“This is segregation based off of your own fears and your own personal interests,” the unidentified father told the school board members. “The people in this country have had enough, and we are fighting back.”
“I have something to give you,” he said. He called security and asked them to do him a “favor,” asking “Would you please hand those forms to the board members?” As the security person was handing out the papers serving each member, the father announced, ” You’ve been officially served a $200 million lawsuit with six complaints and violations or multiple amendments.”
“Your job is not to be concerned with the children’s health,” he told them. “You’re not nurses. You’re not doctors. You are not responsible for their health organization. Your only focus is on our children’s education, and the education system here is 50th in the state, and you make almost more money than anybody else.”
“It is very clear that you have failed in doing that job,” he said. “This country is not alone. It’s time that we wake up. Now, we’re gonna do a lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit. We can throw it out as much as you want. We’re gonna keep this paperwork on your desk and keep the problem going until we get exactly what we want.”
“This is not a negotiation, we will have our freedom of choice, and we’re gonna see you in court,” he added.

You know what, we all see that happening here and there these days, and people are taking note.
I have friends getting into firearms that were NEVER into firearms, nice ones too. and training with them. As a former military man, I must admit, this is a new phenomenon.
These local officials are just that - local. If tyranny is their MO, that becomes a problem.

Increasingly, the judiciary is cutting off our options for civil redress.
Sadly, he day will come when they might see the folly in taking the path of the coward, for the patriots will not.
Ask your local school board if they are members of the NSBA (National School Board Association). If they say yes, ask who’s funding the membership, and why are they members of a socialist organization.
Go to the NSBA website and read their recommendations for the Biden/Harris regime. Number one is to have a presidential commission to transform public schools headed by that world renowned educator, Dr. Jill Biden. Other recommendations are to get rid of school vouchers, increase funding for school lunches and equality programs, get rid of the 1776 project, and do everything to support DACA kids and illegal immigrants. And there’s more.
Frankly I’m surprised that hasn’t already happened. If it were my daughter who’d been raped in a school bathroom by a sicko male in a skirt multiple members of said school board would have gone quietly missing.

Does he have most of the other parents with him? If so they should replace the school board.
If not he's just having a tantrum because he's not getting his way.
My guess is he just doesn't like majority rule when he's in the minority.

The parent who was thrown out when he went to speak to the school about his daughter being raped by a trans student should sue the school for that amount for calling his daughter a liar- even though she had a rape test done and was found to have been raped, just like she said- and the trans student was allowed back into the school and later raped another kid-
Heck, he should make it $2 billion just for the school compounding the trauma his daughter had to face by calling her a liar and having her father removed for trying to stick up for his daughter who was a victim of a very sick individual whom the school is protecting
Wish more parents had the $$ to fight the sick socialist system for damaging their kids beyond repair unbeknownst to the parents many times- -
Don’t know about Nevada but in California, (at least back in the 90’s), I could not serve court documents to a Defendant who was an elected/appointed official during an official proceeding. I had to serve them either prior to or after they took the stage.
I did serve DA’s, council members and mayors this way when they were attempting to dodge service by having their offices refuse service and having security deny me access to the office/s. The look on their faces were well worth the added effort to serve them.
Some doctor wrote prescriptions and that doctor probably has some assets worth a lawyer’s time.

I hope the only reason he is still a plumber in the future is because he wants to be.
Why is this school board cabal allowed to continue to dominate the news for so long in such negative performances? They have established a pattern of belligerence to the children and parents of the area. Why and why does the public keep electing them to their positions? Haven’t they been allowed to do enough damage already? How can anyone be so morally bankrupt as these people?
However, what really needs to happen are charges of endangerment, obstruction of justice and withholding evidence followed by lots of jail time for all the administration and directors of this den of iniquity and child abuse. If I were these cretins and have allowed what they have and done what they have I’d be scared out of my wits at the prospect of the punishment I should receive. They may get the chance to find out what it is like to be raped and sodomized on a filthy bathroom floor but they should be old enough to handle that since they are not 14 year-old children. Frankly, I hope they do and I hope they squeal like the pigs that they are.
These things are still against the law aren’t they; obstruction of justice and the others I mean? Or does the law just not apply to everyone equally? If it does not, there is no law and the people need to execute street justice to get the law back.
People like this principal, superintendent and screwl board members need to think about how they behave and what they say and do lest someone track them down. If they want to be treated with civility they need to treat others the same way. It would be shame to see something happen to them at the hands of someone they have driven to rage wouldn’t it?
Sorry, wrong screwed up screwl system. I thought this was Farifax County, VA. There are just too many of them to keep up with.

It is time for the shoe to be on the other foot. They need a a dose of their own medicine multiplied by orders of magnitude.
What the parents need to do is sit there with their arms folded with pure hatred in their eyes.
This same thing needs to happen to Fairfax County, Virginia’s screwl board
Hopefully they’ll take action after seeing what this bold parent did.
