AZ State Rep. Rogers Demands ‘Less Letters, More Arrests’ from AG Brnovich

Arizona state Sen. Wendy Rogers is stepping up her attacks on state Attorney General Mark Brnovich, demanding that he worry less about sending out threatening letters and start taking legal action against people who were allegedly involved in nefarious activities during the 2020 election.

“Less letters, more subpoenas. Less requests, more warrants. Less talk, more arrests,” she tweeted Monday, before directing one at Brnovich specifically.

Good night to everyone but @GeneralBrnovich who hasn’t done anything yet to fix our broken elections! Start arresting people!” she said in a separate Twitter post.

Brnovich is also under pressure by another, far more well-known Republican: Former President Donald Trump.

“The lackluster Attorney General of Arizona, Mark Brnovich, has to get on the ball and catch up with the great Republican Patriots in the Arizona State Senate,” Trump said in a statement in May. “As massive crime in the 2020 Election is becoming more and more evident and obvious, Brnovich is nowhere to be found.”

The Arizona Republic noted in an editorial published Tuesday, however, that Brnovich doesn’t have anything to work towards in terms of legally holding anyone responsible, which has put him in a tough spot, politically, as he seeks to knock off Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) during next year’s midterms:

Brnovich’s sin? He hadn’t thrown in with the conspiracy crowd and the grifters who convinced a shockingly high number of Republicans that Arizona’s election was stolen. The AG even acknowledged in November that Joe Biden won, a statement that is a sacrilege in some GOP circles.

Since getting hit with the “lackluster” tag, Brnovich has been working overtime to out-Republican the competition in the crowded Senate GOP primary. He’s turned the Attorney General’s Office into a campaign annex.

But several other Republicans believe enough evidence was found to warrant some action on the part of Brnovich.

“With all of the evidence of incompetence and criminality that’s been presented to the Arizona Senate, to Congress and now to the Arizona Attorney General, the Maricopa County election should not be allowed to stand,” state Rep. Mark Finchem, a Trump-endorsed candidate for secretary of state, said on Saturday during Trump’s Iowa rally.

And Kari Lake, the GOP frontrunner in the governor’s race, wants Brnovich to file criminal charges against Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.

“She’s basically the mastermind of the 2020 election…,” she said during an appearance on Steve Bannon’s podcast late last month, shortly after the Maricopa County audit results were released. “We have proof and evidence and he (Brnovich) needs to, right now, make it a crime scene.”

“Frankly, I think she should be locked up,” Lake added during an Oct. 2 rally in Cave Creek.

“They admit they hid evidence! #Crime,” Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward tweeted on Monday.

And Rogers also wants to arrest the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

“I am about to go scorched earth if I don’t see progress from the Arizona AG soon,” state Sen. Wendy Rogers tweeted on Friday.

“Start calling and emailing the Arizona Attorney General,” she tweeted on Tuesday. “Tell him to do his job and make arrests of the people the Arizona Senate caught deleting election files.”

The old GOP trick of the “stern letter” is falling flat on its face these days. Attorney General Mark Brnovich better step up or he will be gone in 2022.

Wendy will be greatly disappointed because the AG will not do a darned thing.

We’ll see. He’s running for Senate. If he takes no action, he’s done in Arizona. Guaranteed.

I think people are already disgusted with how he is handling this. I know I am.

Stolen elections says he's safe.

Feeling disgusted is not enough. We need to deluge this guys office with phone calls and emails. This is the only thing that works. That’s how we got the forensic audit rolling— that and the rallies. If he is not responsive to that, he is committing political suicide.

Stolen elections says he's safe. <\I> Maybe in other states where the electorate is just sitting on their ass, but not in Arizona he’s not.

Organized election theft must be a capital crime.

Arrest. Prosecute. Convict. Sentence. Execute.

This is the reason why Arizonans should support Blake Masters over Brnovich for US Senate. Brnovich is nothing but a show boat and Republican voters do not need another show boat.

He isn’t running for re-election. He is running for the senate against Kelly, who can easily steal it. Our elections are fraudulent, especially in Arizona. Brnovich will get a lot of money and a position with the deep state.

Actually, it should be fewer letters, fewer requests, and less talk.

We have so dumbed down our education system.
